    I'm sorry I can't help you with that one. When I'm in P2, I'm so sleepy most of the time that I have to take afternoon naps, and also am in bed before 11pm every single night.

    Welcome Miss Cast! Congrats on your R1 losses! I lost 16 my last round but I'm calling it a win because I cheated for 10 days straight out of 35, LOL.

    Catherine, My husband uses Tri-Sleep from GNC and really likes it. The only thing that works for him. It's time released meletonin.

    Power, sometimes this protocol defies logic. Happy for you that you could have some good stuff and not gain. PI's are not my friend. I tried it 1x and it was horrible. Now I just stay on HCG and cheat and take the gain and/or stall.

    Jessie..star date..lol...we just got done re-watching all the Star Trek movies so I got good laugh from that

    Today I finally got down .5 below R1 LIW!!! Yay! Now to be good for 21 more days on P2 so I can hopefully lose 10 more pounds.

    Good morning all.

    I had a really hard time over the weekend. I had probably 1/4 cup of cheese both days. Yesterday I had a low carb protein cookie and two sugar free candies with two extra Melba and extra chicken. The common denominator is both days I forgot my antidepressant so I've moved it off my bedstand and next to the fridge so I take it with my morning injection. I lowered my dose a bit today.

    I was disappointed in myself because I was 176.1 today and thought I went up 0.6 from the cheating and extras, I had to run back in the house to turn off lights and quickly jotted it in my log and saw I was actually 176.6 yesterday so I was down today.

    On a positive note, yesterday morning all I could think about was downing half a dozen glazed donuts from Walmart and I am proud to say I did not give into that!

    Yes, I was a little off program myself, ate a lot of non protocol vegetables at the beginning because I'm too cheap to throw away perfectly good organic produce.

    Oh, and the vanilla cone that somehow appeared in my hand twice :-)

    I feel like low GI vegetables shouldn't be limited but I know they say he picked his specific list for a reason.

    R2P2 Day 7 - 9.6 lbs lost

    Starting weight: 234.6
    Current weight: 185.8
    Total lbs lost thus far: 48.8

    Very pleased with my losses this week! Stalled at 188.8 for 3 days and then a 3 lb drop last night. Precooking for food for work in the afternoon/evening and that helps stay on track. Getting better sleep and feet seemed to have calmed down (neuropathy). Should be started TOM soon so we値l see what happens then. I知 16 lbs away from goal and feel good I知 so close!

    Dang girl!!! Proud of you. I know you look amazing. Jumping back into P2 after my PI. I just went all out and ate a pint of ice cream last night and some trail mix. I was 166.4 today and know it will shake off. Just mixed my new batch. I think I can get to 155 which is where I want to be. May try for 150 to give myself some wiggle room

    Gonna go read all the stats. Donuts are delicious and I知 thinking about them now Lovely Losers 2020 - Absolutely Active in AUGUST!!

    Loss is coming along a bit slower but still coming along. Been a little 登ff plan with some mushrooms, bone broth, and Shirataki noodles. All not really accounting for cheating just not on the strict plan. Nothing like some bone broth and some fake noodles to mix things up.

    Lol!! It痴 still awesome!! I injected today and am saying goodbye to heavy cream. Tomorrow might be a crapshoot.
