Catherine I drink a lot of seltzer water. To the point where I might go buy another sofa stream (mine is in storage in another state) and cut down on my waste of all these cans and bottles. I love it with lime or lemon juice. Having watched way too many episodes of my 600 lb life I think there might be concern of your stomach expanding and not adjusting to a smaller size, but that is with gastric bypass so I'm not sure it applies to hcg.

Had a date yesterday, he picked a Mexican restaurant and I asked for seafood instead so I ended up at crab shack eating shrimp again. I cheated with a few small hush puppies and was ready for the weight gain but nope, down 0.7 lbs today bringing me to 172.4 bringing me to VLCD 22 and down exactly 15 pounds.

Has anyone gone over the 40 days? I have 27 more syringes left. With hcg being taken away it's unlikely I will ever do another round so I am thinking about just going on the way without a break.

    Good Morning Lovelies,

Wilson, Thank you for the very thoughtful analysis and update. I do OP just because it is easy for me. Since I have thyroid issues (hashimotos) getting rid of all fruit really tanks my thyroid and adrenals.

I enjoy some flavored La Croix and have always been ok with that.
I have done longer than a 42 day round, but I always do at least one PI, also I use homeopathic HCG pellets, so I don't think I should offer advice on longer rounds. They key would be to not lose more than 30 pounds in a round, because you don't want saggy skin.

AFM: Well, I got a problem here in P3
. It's day 2 and I am up 1.8 pounds. I think I may have had some errors, so I think I will do the type of day to avoid a looming steak day. High protein, lots of water. Gosh It's a horrible start to P3, and I am very concerned.
Hope everyone else is doing well. Roni hope the migraines pass.

    Fondly,
    RK

    Non-scale victory today

Thanks for all the well wishes! I am feeling the “ghost” of the migraine, as well as my constant (9+ years now) base of skull headache . Still better than being forced to lie in a dark room with ice pack and emesis bowl! Hubby offered to take me for a drive today, and I am excited to get out of the house for a few hours.

Very exciting non-scale victory today. I bought a pair of Ralph Lauren jeans, 18W. $110 original price, marked down to $5! I have been wearing 22W capris, so these looked SMALL. I thought, I will try them on, but not be able to get them all the way on yet. They are too snug to wear, but they zip up! And they fit my shape! I am a tightwad, so the only brand “designer” clothes I buy are Gloria Vanderbilt, and those second hand.

For another big thing, my scale is still rewarding me for the new batteries with another 2 pound loss. That puts me out of the “morbidly, extremely, and severely” obese category. 231.6, with a BMI of 39.8. Long way to go, but I am focusing on how far I have come! I am recharged for the last week of this round!!
I am Roni (Ronnie) I am finally giving REAL RX HCG INJECTIONS "A SHOT"

Rk- maybe it's just the weight of the food or some extra inflammation. I guess it would be an unpopular opinion to give yourself like a 3-4 lb window before taking corrective action?

Tight-congrats on your nsv and getting a great deal!

Roni glad you are feeling better. Emily thank you for replying about my situation.

I actually am having so much anxiety over this because I have had problems in P3 in the past, but later in P3 when I started a steak day yo yo. This time I am tracking everything and it has beed quite revealing as I can see some problem choices I made yesterday. Looking back I screwed up with a Hot dog without a bun from Costco and a tablespoon of barbeque sauce on the lamb. Also, I had a little bit of balsamic vinegar. That was probably unwise. A glass of red wine but that is usually not a problem for me in P3. I think part of it was the salt.

The anxiety means that I am not really that hungry, so It will be easy to stick to the plan. I ate breakfast and will follow what to do when you are near a correction day (lots of Water, high protein and some fat, no fruit for the day). So fingers crossed for a Post HCG miracle ha ha in weight loss tomorrow.

    Have a great day!

Hi all! Welcome Wilson! Great tips in your post! I usually take my measurements and I am always amazed when the scale doesn't budge but the measurements change. Also, when the clothes fit a little better. This usually happens most noticibly for me in P3. Not doing measurements during these rounds however.

Tightwad, Glad you are feeling better from those migraines and that the scale is working again! Glad everyone survived their small cheats and heading down again/still.

Finally broke my stall yesterday after 5 days. I was on the edge of a glass of wine which usually breaks my stalls, but I refrained. Down 2 pounds. VLCD 16 so over the hump of 30 days. I only lose 1-2 pounds between 31-35/37 days so the P2 torture isnt worth it for me. Not sure what my goal is for this round..I guess 178 so I can get to around 165 after R3 and before the holidays. Hopefully it cools down here by end of this round, in 2 weeks, so I can start training for all those races. I'm starting to get antsy and want to start my training.

Just cleaned the house and now need a nap..LOL. Hope everyone had a great weekend

Woke up at 160 Lovely Losers 2020 - Absolutely Active in AUGUST!! nothing makes sense as I made a big dinner for the girls who are staying with me and we had steaks and veggies but they were sautťed in avocado oil. I had pears and berries as well. I did do a 30 minute spin on my spin bike. I think stress has been a factor. She is headed to Eugene to get her baby at 4:30. Itís far from over but at least she gets her infant back and justice is being served. Why do I take these things onLovely Losers 2020 - Absolutely Active in AUGUST!!.

Now that things are back to normal in my home (had company since the 19th) I can focus on the last few weeks of this round. I donít really know what day Iím on etc just that I started at 185.6 and am at 160 and took a week PI. Iíve also been using HWC in my coffee.

If I can get to 150 I will feel like a supermodel lol. Iíve been told I look really thin now so people notice. I got so heavy when my mom was sick and died. Sobriety has been a blessing in my life and health is paramount. Body, spirit and mind (my great great grandfather coined that phrase, Luther Halsey Gulick).

    Off to read everyoneís successes.

I might do a little over the 43 days but did take a PI and have accidentally skipped two injections so it might work out. I was shocked on the PI that I was able to eat certain things and not gain. I had an almond butter binge and ice cream binge. I worry about myself when I lift the restrictions.

Lovely Losers 2020 - Absolutely Active in AUGUST!!

Been busy yet a quick check in here! Hope everyone is doing well.

    VLCD 12 - down 1 lb
Overall loss this round - 10.4 lbs

Iím currently sitting at 185 and TOM is on the horizon so Iím expecting slower losses or a stall. Iíd like to stick this out for 30 days to reach my goal of 170. Fifteen more lbs. Iíll get as close as I can.

Hang in there yíall! Missed ya!

Good morning all. Ate less yesterday so I expected a bit more of a drop today but alas I was down 0.2. 172.2. I want to be in the 160s.

Planned interruption sounds like a good idea powered but I want to get this done as soon as I can! It isn't torture necessarily but as long as I'm making progress I want to keep pushing through.

I took my week 3 measurements the other day and they were exactly the same as week two but I had lost 3-5 lbs. Weird.

Yes, i drink all kinds of flavored sparkling waters, which i add flavored stevia drops (sometimes lemon or orange slices too). I even discovered sparkling unsweetened fruit-flavored canned teas that were absolutely wonderful.
