P2D12, No weigh-in because I was so busy getting ready for my first face-to-face job interview in forever, and forgot to get on the scale before I drank a ton of water with my meds, got dressed and did my hair. Oh well, I probably had a big gain after yesterday's 3 pound loss; I didn't need to see that and get discouraged this morning...I needed to stay upbeat and positive!!

The interview went well. I am an infant nanny (up to 2 years), but the youngest I have watched is about 7 months. This little guy is currently 6 weeks, and that is the only concern of the family. I offered over the phone interview to come down a few times to get acquainted with his routine and to "get my feet wet" since it has been many years since my own kids were that little, and it is rare that I spend time with babies under 5 months. They agreed. I will be spending a couple of hours 2 different times as "training" with "Mom" present as baby and I get to know each other and as I gain experience. The family met my asking price on pay and will be paying the nanny tax, which is a sticking point with some jobs I have applied for. We are all satisfied, and the baby and I took to each other instantly.

I don't start until mid-September, so I will be into P3 by then. Great timing! With the shutdown, it has been since March since I held a baby, so I am feeling very content tonight after holding such a little bundle of snuggly love for 2 hours today! If only I wasn't in such a SNACKY MOOD! I keep thinking of all these different things I am in the mood for a taste of (or a big bowl of!) Of course, I am saying NO! to myself...

Hope everyone is staying strong and working their protocol.

P2D1 - always exciting, especially after that first step on the scale since loading. Haha.

I want to hit goal by the end of the year, which I think I can do in two rounds if I do them right. We shall see! Some rounds work so well and others you have to fight every single pound that comes off. I hope I have two good rounds and that I am mentally in the game and have the determination to stick to it no matter what.

Good luck to everyone. I hope those who are lurking join into this thread. I love reading how well others are doing. It sure helps on the hard days.

Good morning Lovelies (and any Lads out there)!

Haven't posted in a while, but I read your posts every day So exciting to see the P2 people losing on a regular basis and sticking with the protocol. It is very motivating (even for those of us in P3/P4). It just drives home the fact that this diet works! Keep up all the good work and hoping all of us get to goal and stay there like Rose is doing.

AFM: Boring, but boring is good! At LDW this morning and just varying above and below by about 1 lb. I was hoping to join the group creeping down a little at a time in P4, but it seems that that is not going to happen. Just happy to not be creeping up a pound here and there. I know I am at an old set point and just thrilled that my body seems to be happy here. Size-wise, this is good weight for me, but I would still like to shed the extra layer of "fluff" that is still just below the surface. I'm thinking about doing a "vanity" round after Labor Day to try and shed about 10 or 15 lbs and see how I feel and look after that. I usually travel for a week every 8 weeks for work, but have not done so since early March. Currently, I have no plans to travel, based on staying safe. I've been working remotely for almost 6 months, so I don't see a point in rushing things. Who knows, maybe the "new norm" will be an annual trip That would be OK with me too!

OK, gotta get busy now. Everyone have a great week and stay safe!

    Hello all,

Well August has been a ****ty month already. My sister came to help me with the drive from Wisconsin to south Carolina and my car stalled in the middle of the highway in Indiana Friday night. She ended up staying there a few days waiting for the mechanic to open and after a lot of phone calls and coordinating and tears she is finally on her way down with the other half of my stuff. Including my hcg which probably shouldn't have been sitting out (unconstituted) in the heat but nothing I can do about it. Saw the no more hcg sale today and tempting to buy more but my gut tells me not to. I am hoping to do the six weeks and not need to do any more.

My last round was in April, before that was in 2018. I've been doing Hhcg as needed since 2010. When I do it right, this diet is the only thing that really works for me. I've had amazing rounds and rounds where I completely failed. I never take a good round for granted anymore!

P2D13 and I am down 0.6 for the 2 days since I didn't weigh yesterday. I had the big 3 pound loss 2 morning ago, so I am happy with even a small loss now. Thursday will be my day for taking measurements again, and I am getting excited to see how much change I can "see" on the tape from 2 weeks of injections.

Tomorrow is my skip day. I had 2 hard boiled eggs tonight. Not POP, but I didn't have a third one to get the third egg white, and I felt like I needed the extra protein.

I also have not had a good BM (TMI) in 2 days, so I am upping my magnesium tonight just a little. I will be out of the house again tomorrow, so I can't take too much. If it doesn't give me good results, I will make sure I take plenty tomorrow evening. This is not usually an issue for me, but I also usually eat one apple and a salad each day. My mouth couldn't handle it today...I just drank a V-8.

Hope everyone has great results on the scale, and a positive attitude as we move forward on our journeys towards better health...
