Nice losses Charlie. Tends to slow a bit after first week yet you are doing great thus far! Awesome you feel thinner. Such a nice feeling to fit in clothes and just overall feel better!
I’m P3 - almost two weeks in about about 2-3 above LDW. Doing a bullet proof coffee every morning and healthy fats like almonds, coconut oil, butter, avocado and mozzarella. I think i need to reign back on almonds. If i have more than say 10, i feel a little bloated. Just gonna cut for now.
Feeling pretty good. Started my job as staff at outpatient drug/alcohol rehab. I freaking love it. I get to teach, help others with their goals, do cool meditations and guided imagery techniques. Yesterday we had a client and staff bbq, we were safe as far as covid is related, but boy! I’m tired! Taking the day listening to records and doing a few things around the house before teaching tonight.
I figure I’ll go another week AT LEAST before p2. My drops are in the fridge and they will be fine while i stabilize in p3. For now, it’s good and I’m getting healthier and stronger each day.

P.S. Clients and staff that hadn’t seen me since i graduated rehab in April were blown away by my improved health and weight loss. We had that bbq for staff and clients yesterday at the main facility about an hour away from here. It felt so good to hear positive praise and spend time with my awesome rehab family!
