Has anyone frozen their syringes for future use? I tried it once and when it thawed the volume had reduced. Obviously there was something about the freeze thaw that was the culprit. I read once that you draw your dose and then pull in a bit of air to allow for expansion/contraction. Is there more to it than that?
And, can you freeze an already mixed vial to use for a future round?

It appears so. The original expiration date though still holds.

I have frozen my syringa and used them and they were fine. It only takes a few minutes to thaw out. Maybe pull a tiny bit more into the syringe.
I woke up the same so I call that a win. My 20 minute spin sesh was intense and I could feel my legs were a little weak. But that and the inflammation smoothie probably saved me. Today I will be perfect. I stayed up too late watching am movie with my son.

Cut my dose in half to 100 IU today, felt better. Was still starving around breakfast time after my six strawberries and sick to my stomach so I had two hard boiled eggs, the least of the evils in the cafeteria and felt a lot better after. Wasn't hungry for lunch, endured the torture of the grocery store and had cabbage and lean beef for dinner. Cut out a Melba and a fruit serving to keep the calories in check. Made it through my 10 hour shift without fatigue. I know eggs are like... Eat two egg whites and a yolk and I might start keeping them in my lunch box. My job is pretty active and requires a lot of thinking so I want to be my best. Might start eating breakfast instead of dinner since my hunger is worse in the morning?
Hi everyone, I’m getting ready for my round. VLCD 1 will be on Monday. Hcg is from nuimage. I am going to follow directions I found on the forum for mixing, but my question is about my actual dose. I know the .2 ML is way too high. Where would you suggest I start? Last round started at .2 and had to skip dose and then ranged from .15 to .125 to .130, I tweeked a lot. I would prefer to start somewhere more solid so I don’t have to keep changing it. I have about 15 lbs to drop, not sure if that is a factor. Thank you! This group has helped me tremendously and I am looking forward to using it during my next round. Thanks for the support

Catherine-. Mine are from nu image too and I felt like there was no direction on dosing. Just that card that was like "if you do it right you won't run out".
I started at the 200 now I'm down to 150 and feel a lot less starving.
Depends on how you take it. I take mine though intramuscular injection (the needles are longer than your typical insulin needs). It’s 125ui or .125 ml for me. There’s some articles in here about doing it this way. Dosage lasts longer and you usually can take the minimum.

Hi CatherineC: Usually, its best to start at whatever dose you finished at on your previous round, which seems to be around 125iu if I read your post correctly. You might start there. 150iu is a good starting dose for most people, but since you had issues with it and had to lower, it seems logical that 125iu would be a better place to start this time.

I’m stalled out. I know it’s normal but I hate it. I was up .2 today so I’m at 168. My new injections came today and I am going to do a quick PI and then start back up. I’m on vlcd 24 and will probably start my PI next week. The thought of eating some P3 foods for a few days is appealing to me. Not a tried and true method but I think my body wants a break. I am going to see if I can get to 165 before I take my break.
What supplements are you ladies taking? I ordered some calcium pyruvate from nuimage and have no idea if it’s a good addition but it was marketed with the injections. Might be for after.
Work has been insane and I am not getting enough sleep. I plan to sleep this weekend!!
Hope everyone is doing well. I also do .125 for injections and think it works well. I’ve had hunger but I don’t eat all my meals all the time and need to figure that out. I’m lazy
