RoseL, youíre doing great in P3.

Iím day 8 P3. Iím at 0.8 under LIW. Yesterday I had some bad intestinal issues most of the day. Today, my stomach is a bit tender, but have my energy back.

Lifted weights with Mr. Savannah this morning and tended to the garden. All three of my tomatoes are growing beautifully and flowering. My green garlic is starting to sprout. My cilantro seeds are sprouting from the ground. The first strawberry is growing out of its blossom. Iíve got one flower on my Sweet Heat Italian peppers have a blossom too. My other three peppers are hanging in there, but they are still trying to stabilize from transfer to the ground. My bell pepper is the most sensitive at the moment, but Iím kind to them and I think they will pull through for me.

We also got a couple more chicks LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - Absolutely Amazing in APRIL!!!!. A Red-tailed Hawk got hold of two of our laying hens while they were free ranging in the last couple weeks so we got more. My donkey has bonded with and loves all the kid goats. We have a culvert at our seasonal creek and he he will stand next to it and let the kids get up on his back. Itís the cutest thing Iíve ever seen.

I hope the rest of you are doing well and able to get some vitamin d during this quarantine.

Hello all. Not necessarily new to the forum, but haven't posted much, I've been lurking on here for a while. I actually started late March, but the March thread is no longer active, so I figured it'd be OK to jump in this one. I am: R2 P2 D31. Doing a long round, obviously lol. SW: 172.8 CW: 157.2

I'm not struggling with hunger too badly, til the past few days, but I have had a lot of stalls. I admittedly had two cheat days a week apart. Both with pizza, then because I ate the pizza, i went ahead and had ice cream too. I know, not the best idea, but both times, I went straight back to protocol the next day. It took a few days to release anything after the cheats, but i feel like 15 lbs in a month is decent.. I am really looking forward to P3 just to have more variety and more calories. I hope to be in the 140's by the end of this round. This forum has been also helpful. I'm hoping posting will help me to be more accountable.

    Hello Everyone,

Nice to see the few of you who are posting, are making GOOD PROGRESS

I am actually starting a round in mid-May. I had bone surgery right at the beginning of the year. While tying to eat more of the foods which were good for healing (some were very inflammatory for me), I packed on a few pounds. I also ate more snacks that usual when bored and for comfort during the stay-at-home phase as well,

Needless to say, I need to lose 15-20 lbs in a 30-35 day round to get back down to my Favorite Sexy Summer Size.

I can't wait to get started - just gonna load on fatty meats, white cheeses, and nuts, since I've eaten everything else I wanted these past few months.

MEANWHILE, here is the new thread for MAY.==>
