I'd like to reach goal in a short round, but that's probably not realistic for me. I'm guessing about 5 weeks. We'll see how it goes!

Well, I've crawled out of my "hole" today & hopefully things will be brighter! I'm seeing how easy it is to slide off in the wrong direction & it wasn't just 1 day, it was 3! I'm up 2lbs from last week so I'm going to have to really keep my head in the zone! Whatever it was, I hope it's over!

Rk- GOAL!!🎯🏅 What a beautiful word! You & Linder are so encouraging for me!
Linder maintaining like you have for so long is just plain Wonderful! 🤗 Kudos to both of you!
Tracy- I too tend to eat boring. I've tried 2.0 b4 & have lost, but I tend to be a "lazy" loser & I don't like trying to figure out all the numbers & stuff (did I mention I was lazy? &#129300
Kar- looks like I'll be hanging around for awhile-as long as my bottle holds out. I will welcome the company too!
Momma- my close friends (the ones who know me inside & out) are both out of town. I have other good friends & need to start reconnecting with them more. I'm very social with some "hermit" tendencies!
ty- welcome! Always great to have new people join the party!
    Pearly- you out there? 😁

Well, I'm off to do some reading then back to getting my taxes ready- yuck! What a job!
That's one nice thing about cold, gloomy weather- I can take care of some much needed inside duties because as soon as the warm weather hits, I'm outta here!

    Focusing, focusing, focusing......😂

    Good Evening Lovelies,

LinderLou: Yes, You also went through it. I exactly had your experience with the care centers. No one wanted to take him over the weekend. We ended up getting him into this really swanky place on Monday (fully covered by his great insurance), that does not take everyone. I had to be my most charming...So stressful. The hospital insisted that a short term rehab/Care Center was best for him, then did not want to hold him over the weekend, but I did not let them pressure me. I know that stress is what helped me drop the last few pounds ha ha! Here's to stabilizing together!

Kar: Smart to wait until after Surgery. Just make sure you have a lot of protein before you start, it really helps with wound healing. Nothing wrong with 2 short rounds, but perhaps consider my path and do a planned interruption?

Tracy: Wow! Glad you are having success in 2.0! I could barely figure out Original Protocol ha ha. Yes I found pauses in my losses too! Don't worry. Better that way so your skin stays nice and not saggy. Exfoliation is a good idea. I find that helps.

Mama: Great Losses! Sorry your pal is moving. That really sucks. Hopefully you can maybe deepen other friendships and with Skype etc easy to stay in touch--and have a great place to visit.

Gem:Hang in there! The Woosh Fairy will come! Things happen and I have had gains like that too. Just stay in the game.

T Y Welcome! This is a great and very supportive group!

    Pearly: Sending you good vibes.

AFM: I am sure the stress of the Dad situation and Limited Access to Food really helped me drop the last weight. Shocked and Thrilled to have met my goal. I was 134 yesterday (LDW) and 133.4 today. 30 pounds lost! (I am on my last day today of 500 calories, without hHCG pellets, so I know I will not keep the 133.4...sigh... Now that Dad is more stable I am going by in the morning and working from there. Today was my first day of "half day duty" and it is much easier. I am very very MOTIVATED to not gain it all back this time. Linderlou you are our stabilization hero!

Hang in there everyone! Hump Day tomorrow! YAY!
    Best Wishes,

What a great result you had RK. You sound super positive!

Rk and Gem, I was hesitant about the math too (uh, macros - wth?) My process is simpler, I got it from Janine's thread. I use my bmr times 40% and that tells me my daily protein and carb calorie intake. It started at 620, now I'm down to 585. Not much more than OP. And it's hard to get there every day, I'm just not hungry. I use my fitness pal to keep track. And I like the distraction of documenting as the day goes on.

I'm holding at the same weight today. Grateful my stalls/pauses aren't super long. Gosh, did I just jinx myself? Today is a travel day which is why I'm up at O'dark thirty. I've got a venison bar, cottage cheese with cucumber, a beef and mushroom stir fry and some fresh green beans to munch on. Nothing to torment my fellow train travelers!

RK, you are spot on about LinderLou. Not all heroes wear capes, am I right?

    Have the best day everybody!

Awwww... Thanks you guys. But as you can see in my signature, it wasn't always so. My current weight seems to be an old set point, so I'm sure that helps. I just have to figure out how to STAY here and not start my next round with additional pounds to lose.

RK - Good for you for pushing back on the hospital. Sounds like you've gotten him into a good place now. How great that you can work from there. I'm sure he appreciates that you're spending time with him. AND I'm sure it is helping with his healing process.

Tracy - Happy to have the torch passed on! I'm looking forward to getting rid of the extra "fluff" around my middle. It's not pretty!

Kar - Looking forward to seeing your progress.

Gem - Glad you made it back from the other side and you're back in the zone. Focus - OK?

Pearly - You still out there? Hope all is well!

AFM: Boring P4 stuff. Really happy to be eating good food & hwc in my coffee.

Have a great hump day everyone!

Hi all! I survived the travel day, same weight this morning, and managed to survive a dangerous and delicious catered cocktail party with veggies and seltzer. Good to be home and back on my own schedule. Today is my halfway point, I think my last shot will be @3/10. My average losses to date are .6 pounds a day.
Hoping this third day of the pause will end tomorrow. The last time I saw a true stall was for six days in Nov 2017.
Hope everyone has a successful and focused day no matter where you are in HCG land!

    Good Morning Lovelies,

LinderLou: Yes! But they are not coming soon enough when he has to go to the bathroom! So he is getting up and going on his own. I will need to speak to the Director again today. The food is fantastic there and it is nice and clean...The nursing assistants are just lazy. SO happy to hear P4 is going good--gives me lots of hope!

Tracy: Your average losses are fantastic! I have also survived cocktail parties on veggies and setzer--I also noticed that the skinny girls seem to have been eating mostly veggies. That was eye opening for me. I usually have pauses, I think it helps my skin adjust and I lose inches during that time.

Kar: Good Luck with your loading! I know this will be a great round for you.

AFM:Yesterday was P3 D1 and I ate 800 calories. Today I am still 1 pound under my LDW. My husband was very kind and just asked about P3 and tried to talk to me about what he could do to help me. Nice to have a supportive spouse. I went to a social event yesterday with a women's service organization I rarely attend. I was pleased to be 30 pounds lighter and looking so good! Finally everyone noticed! Just need to make this weight loss stick. My plan for today is to follow "HCG Chicka" and "inspiredgirl.me" P3 plan.
Keep my calories to 700-900 today, (this is not hard as I am still not really hungry),
Then Day 3-4 go to 900-1100 Cal.
    Day 5-6 1200-1400 Cal.
    Day 7-10 1400-1500 Calories.

LinderLou Could you please weigh in with what you think of this plan? I am so Nervous about P3!!!!!

    Have a great day!

For your Dad, you could ask for a portable potty to be put next to his bed. That way he wouldn't have to go so far. And/or get him adult diapers so that if he does have an accident it's not a catastrophe and embarrassing. Then when someone finally shows up, they can help him change to a clean pair

As for your P3 plan, relax. Your plan sounds good. I love hCGChica and did purchase her P3toLife program. She has such a great attitude! I'm not crazy about cooking, so haven't tried many of her recipes, but sometimes just reading them is comforting. Personally, I've stopped counting calories in P3/P4. I just eat good fats and until I'm full. I guess I naturally ramp up the calories as my stomach gets some of it's capacity back. If counting the calories works for you, I say go for it! I think that's why Rayzel developed her program - to give some structure to P3 for people who do better with a little more guidance.

    Enjoy your avocado!

    Happy Friday kids!
No whoosh today, .5 drop. More like a very small "who-". And no real drop in measurements but I last measured about three days ago, so nbd. But! My favorite work shoes don't fit, they are slipping off. Who knew I needed to lose weight in my darn feet????? I guess it's like when you're rings get looser. I doubt that would be a great selling point for HCG marketers though. "Shoes don't fit? Embarrassed by fat feet? Free flip flops with every order!"
okay gotta dip, I'm running late today.
    see y'all!

    Good Morning Lovelies,

Tracy I think slipping shoes is a great sign of progress! BY the way, I had lots of plateaus and then lost a little and then a lot. Never made sense, so just hang in there! I am pulling for you and sending you good vibes!

Hi LinderLou! Yes dad would never wear diapers. But he is doing better. They are really working him with therapy and he is trying hard. They were waking him up at 5 AM for medications, I put a stop to that yesterday! No wonder he was falling asleep!

I figure right now everyone is waiting to do a round after the weather turns a bit nicer and before spring break? GLad we are here holding down the fort!

AFM: I ate 847 calories yesterday, and am down a pound today. I think the day before my LDW I had sashimi, and that always makes me gain almost a pound in salt weight, so my LDW may be up a pound. Today I am going to try to up my calories but I am really not hungry. I know this will change soon. Ok I have learned something quite humbling. I work from home on days I do not travel (most days). I think in my past I was eating too much fun foods at home. Now, not only are there no fun treats in the house, but I am with dad at the Care Center and all the food at this swanky place is healthy and fresh, and they have some fresh baked treats. I brought home some fresh cookies and cake for my daughter and husband, they gave it to the neighbors and said I am not allowed to bring that stuff home. Apparently they tell me that I am the real culprit of bringing unhealthy food home. It's true! Isn't that awful? I didn't even realize it but it is true. So now I am on a different path. I am also drinking a lot of herb tea when with dad. So fun when someone else is making it and bringing it in pretty cups...I am doing my work from his room...SO now I see what a piece of the problem was--me!Ha ha! So sad when there is no one to blame but me, but easier to fix! Yes my family is now inspired to eat healthier. They do not have more than 5 pounds to lose if that!

I am going to a swanky cocktail party tonight, but I am not much of a drinker and am going to have sparkling water with a twist. With flu season it will be easy to not eat the appetizers ha ha. I will probably have a salad and protein before I go.

    Have a wonderful Day!

    Warmly,
    RK

    TGIF! Finally!

Tracy - I guess you should have been measuring your feet too! Now, you'll just have to treat yourself to a new pair of favorite work shoes. I wear a toe ring and judge my "foot fatness" by how easily it can be removed (or not). I guess that's about the same as rings on your fingers. One of my favorite non-scale victories was when I had kept my initial weight loss off for a year and went to the jeweler to have my wedding rings downsized. Along with getting rid of all of my fat clothes, it provides great incentive to never put that weight back on again.

RK - Glad that Dad is getting better and that you are making progress with the caregivers. I feel badly for patients who do not have an advocate by their side to watch out for them. Waking someone at 5am to take medication is ridiculous!

Sounds like you're doing well with P3. Not being hungry is something I strive for every day. I work from home also except for one week every two months. So, I have access to food and snacks all day long. I make sure that everything in the house is P3 safe. I keep a supply of hard boiled eggs and bacon and avocadoes available for snacking. I USED TO clear out all chips, sweets and non-approved snack foods during my first couple of rounds and DH just had to deal. Now, I'm just not attracted to those kinds of foods at all, so I allow him to have them around.

That's very supportive of your family to bring it to your attention that YOU were the one bring unhealthy food into the house. And how great that they are on a healthier eating program too! We all win! Have fun at your party tonight too!

AFM: Still in my window and not much to report. We had salad and pizza the other night, thin crust, with no adverse effects. OK, I only had one piece but was quite satisfied. Looking forward to being able to do that once in a while...

Everyone - have a great Friday and weekend!
