    Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco. This is your thread for JULY 2020.


    This joyful and jubilant group of HCGíers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

    Please note as you read through the posts:

    We are all in different phases of HCG.

    VLCD37 - 1.4 lb loss
    Total loss - 33 lbs

    Dropped another 1.4. Woohoo! Feeling good and was up early and full of energy. Iím so grateful for Hcg and my willpower to stick with it. Iím grateful for this forum and you guys that help me be accountable. Youíre all an inspiration.

    1.6, well actually 1.8, till 100s. I havenít seen 100s for a year and a half and Iím so ready for it. Sticking to chicken and fish. I do the same veggies - tomato, cucumber, celery, and spinach. I also put a little onion in salads and soups. Iíve done the occasional chunk light tuna when in a bind and didnít hurt but not OP. Apple and grapefruit and donít always do the daily allowance. I do have a zevia and la criox a day. No Melba.

    Iím just going to keep doing what Iím doing and likely pass up 40 days. Iíve done long rounds before with good success. I donít want to go too long due to immunity and skin catch-up. Iíll see how Iím feeling at 45 days and see when I should start transitioning.

    Great job Natalie!
    I am up one down from Milo weight. I knew that would happen as soon as I started eating again I'm just very thankful at this point that it's not too. Yesterday my girlfriend's took me out to lunch and I had a massive salad that I could not even finish. With smoked chicken and I do not like smoked chicken but I ate it. it did have cubed cheese in it. But I wasn't up today so not having anything new and hopefully there will be no surprise tomorrow morning.
    We're either leaving for camping tonight or tomorrow not sure which at this point. hubbys outside changing the tires on ourr truck.
    Not sure if I'm going to have cell service for the next 4 days. sometimes we get lucky and have those arvest in the middle of the lake but not in the campsite LOL

    Today is Day 1 of my Planned interruption. I'm still not hungry so i just had a big grilled italian seasoned chicken salad for lunch, and the remainder of it for dinner. I also had coffee with 2 tbsp HWC. Will see what tomorrow's weight brings. I do plan on having a small breakfast steak and coffee tomorrow morning.

    WOW - DAY 1 of Planned Interruption was a smashing success, I was down 2.2 lb today. I had my bison steak and coffee W/HWC for breakfast. Will have another bison steak and salad for dinner.

    Still not too hungry though.

    Third day at 201.6. Iím sure a whoosh is about to happen. Didnít eat as much as I should have yesterday and I didnít want to eat too late.

    P4 day 54 139.6 Always love being back in the 130s even if only for a day or two Maybe i will start staying here, 4.6 below LIW Eating well Not eating lots of starch but enough to be balanced. I eat two to three fruits per day Good veggies are important
