VLCD37 - 1.4 lb loss
Total loss - 33 lbs
Dropped another 1.4. Woohoo! Feeling good and was up early and full of energy. I’m so grateful for Hcg and my willpower to stick with it. I’m grateful for this forum and you guys that help me be accountable. You’re all an inspiration.
1.6, well actually 1.8, till 100s. I haven’t seen 100s for a year and a half and I’m so ready for it. Sticking to chicken and fish. I do the same veggies - tomato, cucumber, celery, and spinach. I also put a little onion in salads and soups. I’ve done the occasional chunk light tuna when in a bind and didn’t hurt but not OP. Apple and grapefruit and don’t always do the daily allowance. I do have a zevia and la criox a day. No Melba.
I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing and likely pass up 40 days. I’ve done long rounds before with good success. I don’t want to go too long due to immunity and skin catch-up. I’ll see how I’m feeling at 45 days and see when I should start transitioning.
