Two consecutive days of big losses add up to 5 pounds in 2 days and 7.4 in 4. I am grateful after a somewhat slow start compared to my past rounds, but I think that’s because my fluid levels were good after loading, so there wasn’t as much water weight to lose. I know my losses will slow dramatically some time in the next 4-7 days, and I am mentally preparing myself for that. It helps if the first week numbers are big enough to still see a good “average daily loss”. I am also eager to take my week 1 measurements.

This is my first time on the hormone itself, and I am having strange reactions. I am post hysterectomy (8 years ago - only ovaries left) and one of my breasts hurt, and I actually had some mild abdominal pain followed by spotting last night. I understand the first, but not the second, so I will be researching the forums after my shopping trip. Time to finish getting ready.

I have been taking it for so many years, and it is a loose powder aI buy in bulk on Amazon and pour into a glass jar. I have cut down a scoop to fit in the jar, but it is not a measuring spoon, so I have no idea how much I actually take. One of these days I should figure it out, but I switch it up based on my needs - what I am eating and the state of my bowels. I also will mix it with calcium citrate if my bowels are too loose (it binds oxalates even better, bit constipates me.)

I also take magnesium l-threonate daily (Brain Magnesium) and Magnesium Glycinate most days. These, plus rx potassium and a high sodium diet, are on the advise of a physician due to a genetic disorder - I do not hold my electrolytes and have to take them throughout the day. That is another reason why I donít give dosages. Mine would be way too high for most people!

I sometimes spot on the injections. I donít get y period because I take my pill continuously. You could be feeling the HCG hormones but I wouldnít be too concerned.

Hi everyone,. Thank you for your support.

My order came today. I had plans to start it tomorrow but my sister is coming to town to help me move from Wisconsin to Charleston, SC this coming weekend to start a new job Monday. I don't want to be doing this around her and I think I would have been fine with a small cooler for transportation but maybe this is a sign to wait for a less stressful time when I am settled in a new state. Will keep checking in with you guys!

They have some good rich food in Charleston. I'd wait to load on some of it and get started once you settle down and get acclimated - maybe by the end of August or Labor Day weekend.

I'm over 20 years post hysterectomy with ovaries still remaining as well. I just started P3 over the weekend, and even today woke up with strange cramping, irritability, water retention, frequent urination as if I'm having TOM. This is the first time I've had this symptom this late in a round. I normally have the slight cramping and urination the first week of P2. If I ever saw any kind of spotting, I'd probably lose my mind and run to the emergency room since that's something I haven't seen since my last TOM in 1996 LOL!

Third day in a row of big losses. Oh, if only this could last!

    07/23/20 P2D1 260.00 -1.20
    07/24/20 P2D2 258.60 -1.40
    07/25/20 P2D3 257.60 -1.00
    07/26/20 P2D4 254.80 -2.80
    07/27/20 P2D5 252.60 -2.20
    07/28/20 P2D6 250.60 -2.00

Shopping trip went well, but my feet were screaming by the midway point. My toe only dislocated once, but the past damage to the bottoms of my feet just makes walking on concrete painful, even wih good shoes and inserts. For the good part, I packed food and water, stayed POP, and was able to stock up on plenty of protocol food to keep me going for a while. I go back down Saturday for my hearing aid test, so I will get more produce and fish then.

Well, have a happy Tuesday everyone!

P3D3 - Down 1.6 today. .4 under LIW - in spite of cramping and frequent urination.

Also woke up with terrible cramping in both my thighs. Don't know what that's about since it's usually something I experience in P2. Anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried potassium? Sometimes it helps with cramping. Also, drink more water!! I also heard that lemon in your water and some Himalayan sea salt can help.

I was down to 177.8 today so down 2 lbs. I am backing off Pilates this week and only doing four days. Will see if my body appreciates the break.

Itís been so hot here and Iím not sleeping well which stinks but today should be cooler.

Iíll check back later. Busy day today!!!

    Hi SD,

When Iím too low on my carb intake, I get more cramps and thirst. Pickle juice, pickled veggies, and pickles all help me personally.

AFM, Iím about 2.5 months into P4 and 4.8 lbs under my LIW. My birthday is in a week so that may edge back up over the weekend and into the early week.

I am known (even when not on hcg) as THE WATER QUEEN. I drink water all day every day, and usually 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass of iced tea or sparkling water with meals, and about 4-6 bottles of spring water each day. In the past I've been diagnosed as potassium deficient, so perhaps that the issue. I also don't do well on Himalayan Pink sea salt, which causes swelling, but I do use Celtic Grey Sea Salt and have no issues with swelling.
