Roni- I had an issue with the site when I first hit submit, it did nothing so I hit refresh button on my browser and then submit again and it worked. This was all done on my iPhone.

COVID-20 omg I can relate to that.
    Happy Monday everyone!

I use this in an emergency, but I read that taking too much can deplete other nutrients by flushing them out. I am not certain about how that works, but I am careful not to take the citrate version often. It relaxes your muscles and really does work by flushing things out. It's great taken at bedtime.

I use magnesium citrate powder to help bind to oxalates in my meals. My dosage info wouldnít help because only that which doesnít bind to the oxalate content affects the bowels. I have to adjust my scoop based on what I am eating.

Start low and work your way up unless you have access to a bathroom...
You are a wealth of information! Thank you for sharing this! I'm helping a relative who avoids oxalates (kidney issue). I had no idea it had that affect.

This is the first time I've had this symptom this late in a round. I normally have the slight cramping and urination the first week of P2. If I ever saw any kind of spotting, I'd probably lose my mind and run to the emergency room since that's something I haven't seen since my last TOM in 1996 LOL!
LOL! This is seriously amazing stuff. I had a 40's baby after my first year of rounds after years of infertility and no longer trying due to age. I hope you don't have any more uncomfortable symptoms and no er visits!

Also woke up with terrible cramping in both my thighs. Don't know what that's about since it's usually something I experience in P2. Anyone else had this issue?
Congrats on being under LIW! This cramping only happens to me when I go zero or near zero carbs. It even wakes me up at night and feels like it hurts all the way to my bones in my legs. I think the electrolites are an issue too. If you stopped eating fruit and are taking in fewer carbs, maybe that is doing it.

If it's magnesium citrate, the stools tend to get TOO loose if you over do it. I don't know if there are warning signs about other versions.

    Happy Birthday!

I am back from a very fun birthday week. I went up but I am doing better mentally. I lost 3.6 pounds today, and I have a few pounds left to get back to where I was. It may just be a temporary glitch, so I think I will get back to where I was soon. But I am ready for that challenge and had a great time with my kids and parents. Many heartfelt cards which was nice. The cake looked beautiful but did not taste very good, so I had a win there. Everyone else liked it.

I keep hearing from friends about how much weight they are gaining in quarantine. So Pleased and grateful to not be a part of that! Instead we are trying to get healthier and a bit more active--here walking for me.

Hope everyone has a great day of losses and maintaining.

The most exciting thing has been reading about Savannah and Leez creeping DOWN in their weight!!!!!
How is that happening? Please share any tips you have as I would love that to be my future!!!!

    Have a lovely day!

Natalie and I met on here and have become close. We shared our struggles. I am so proud of her and she is proud of me. Alcoholism is no joke and I was dying inside. Getting sober was the best decision I ever made and I am grateful on the daily. I will have 9 months on Sunday and it truly is one day at a time. I am happy to openly discuss my recovery did anyone ever has any questions.

I remember spending hours on the forum trying to find success stories of people who drank on HCG.

I was 176 this morning. I feel thin and itís so weird. I didnít have any real withdrawals when I cut out the bread, sugar and dairy etc. I am eating lots of berries and need to watch that. Itís like candy!!

Off to read the updates. You ladies are an Inspiration. LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!

I took it 3 days in a row each day increasing dose and it did nothing so I stopped taking it and went back to SMT and lax x if Iím really desperate. Iíve drank with two tea bags at once and no result. My body just seems to use up every bit of nutrients I give it when eating low calories. Water, fruit, veggies, fiber make no difference either.

Great advice. I don't think I mentioned it, but yes, I do drink plenty of water. I have a reputation for always having water with me. I use a Zero Water filter and keep chilled 1/2 gallon jugs in 3 rooms in the house and pour from these. By the end of the day, all three are empty, plus I tend to use 6-8 oz from the filter container itself when I do my magnesium citrate powder as I don't like to use ice water for that. So at LEAST 3 quarts per day. I take a LOT of rx meds, and have to drink a lot of water with them.

Because I have daily headaches (my constant companion), and 3 types of "my normal" headaches, I have learned to identify them pretty well. This was definitely a sugar withdrawal headache, and not a dehydration headache. There is nothing I can really do for it except Tylenol, rest, and time. The key for me has always been prevention...don't overeat the stupid sugar... or at least taper off of it more gradually. I knew this was going to happen, and fortunately it was pretty short-lived.

First Week Results = 10.2 pounds and 2 inches off waist

Today is P2D8, so I have one week of the VLCD under my belt. So far, not counting the fluid I gained the day before starting loading and promptly lost during loading, I have lost 10.2 pounds, and 2 inches in my waist. I am not going to take my other measurements yet. I will save that for later in the round when I need the encouragement more...

Very pleased to see a big loss of 2.6 this morning, more than counteracting the 1.8 gain of yesterday.

NuImage price is now $199 for long round. Limited Supply...

I was finally able to complete my purchase online yesterday after over 3 hours of frustration over 3 days. I called and was on the phone with a representative who did everything she thought possible to help with with the process, and she finally gave up and said sorry, guess you can't purchase from us...

I finally figured out that for some reason, it would not let me purchase from my MAIN email account, even though she cleared out my newly established account information and even reset a password for me. I instead started from scratch online using an old, but still existing email account, and had no issues at all. Weird, but whatever works. I was able to order twice in the same day, and for $430 have four 5,000 iu vials headed my way!! So happy!!

I will have to keep them really cold as they will be past exp before I can use the all, but they will still be good as they are powder. Also, I have one vial that is foreign hcg that is exp 11/21 that I will use last. With all of this, I should be able to get close to goal.

Also with the soon to expire dates, I will be motivated to keep doing rounds after the minimum breaks instead of procrastinating and waiting until the "perfect time".

My Dr. had me drink two bottles of magnesium citrate before a colonoscopy. It does a thorough cleaning out, but isn't something you want to use too often.
