    Good Morning,

Happy news! I am down .6 pounds. It has been a fun "post PI" week of great losses. I am considering lowering my goals simply because I am finally losing weight in my thighs. I have had these huge thighs since I was young. I use to ice skate competitively when I was young and don't know if that correlates to anything. I have never lost in my thighs. If I could re-shape my thighs and legs given my family history of knee and hip replacements and arthritis, that would be such a great thing! I will see how this week feels. Have a great weekend!

    Warmly,

Leez, thank you I look forward to reading your post on my next break. I hope your thyroid labs show improvement. Having my thyroid working makes a huge difference for me.

Natalie and Powered by Starbucks you are both doing so great! So proud of you both getting sober and healthy.
Natalie that is great news about the staff position you were offered!

    Beachy: how are you doing?

Lane: I take magnesium to stay regular. A low dose helps me, but when I was really constipated I needed a higher dose. Think about investigating this because thereís no reason to be uncomfortable and Leez had a great help for me. Also, I take vitamin C for constipation with the magnesium. Magnesium and vitamin C do not build up in your blood. Your body will just eliminate any extra. Leez has written about constipation in P2. You may want to search the forums for answers. I found her very helpful with this or,You may want to ask her on the ask a P2 question area?

AFM: in 3 days I have lost the weight from my planned interruption. Usually I am much more strict on a PI, so I am relieved to be back. I am finding this round easier in some ways because I do not have the pressure of eating in restaurants and doing corporate entertaining. However, I am home with the refrigerator a lot more and I do find all this quarantine very stressful. I am trying to set up a good habits for P3.

Hi RK! Thank you, I'm well. I'm still waiting for thyroid test results.

Congrats on losing the PI weight! I had a hard time with PI's and gained weight. I know it is a relief when it comes right back off. I hope this round continues to go well for you!

I was wondering how it was being in P2 right now, whether it would be easier or harder. Your reasons for both make sense to me. I hope it just goes easier for you now.

I have enjoyed hearing about your losses! Way to go!
As far as reshaping, have you tried dry brushing or used a Japanese loofah? I use the loofah. Itís a lot more rough than a regular loofah but i do this on all parts of my body 2-3 times a week in the shower and notice a difference with tightening and reshaping of skin. I am working on reshaping thighs, hips, legs, stomach and arms.

    Hi Natalie,

I'm worried about your binging and stability even if you go back to P2. As others have said perhaps you stayed in P2 too long. Can you try to do P3 from the approach of taking it week by week, without cheating? Before you know it your 21 days will be up, and you can then indulge in some of those sweets.
    You can do it!!!

My birthday is exactly two weeks from today, and it will technically be my first day of P4, but honestly I have no interest in cake and ice cream. I will definitely have some homemade bbq (brisket, jerk chicken, steak) and maybe a small baked potato - something I don't have issues with. If I do get a sweet craving, I may make some homemade gelato made with chocolate stevia syrup, but NO CAKE FOR ME for quite a while.

Hi Beachy itís always so nice to come back to friendly faces!!
Natalie - cake and ice cream and lasagna sounds divine LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!
I woke up at 173.2 so Iím losing. Iím not being as rigid with my measurements but Iím losing and am down over 12 lbs. Iím tempted to buy another round and when this runs out do P3 for three weeks then one more round.
I usually hate black coffee but found the cold iced coffee from Starbucks in the bottle tastes good. That and my passion tea. Been doing tons of chili and should lay off the red mead but I do so well on it. O- blood loves red meat for some reason. I have a brush for dry brushing and should use it! Thanks for the reminder.
I had 9 months of sobriety yesterday and feel amazing LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!

I need to find you this delicious blueberry mascarpone tart that I love. You could do it without the crust and make your own lemon curd with stevia. Itís to die for.

Unfortunately, Im allergic to berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) I do miss raspberries and black berries though, blueberries were never something I cared for. I like lemon curd and tarts though.

My favorite dessert if I have to have it is Key Lime Pie. I can usually have a slice in P4 with no issues.

Glutamine is a relatively inexpensive supplement. If you do Amazon, this is a cheap one: https://www.amazon.com/Body-Fortress...dp/B001HITON8/

But you should be able to get some anywhere supplements are sold, like drugstores or department store pharmacies. Make sure you are getting pure glutamine powder without any fillers or additives. If you find capsules cheaper than a jar of powder, those are fine to open and use the same way.

Holding off just another week is better than not, but I'm hoping you will consider waiting at least 6 weeks if not longer. (I'd suggest 3-6 months because of the extra long round.) You've really pushed your body beyond what is wise already. Jumping back into P2 so soon could really derail you for the long term. I'm concerned about you, because the lapses you are having are not just about self-control. I believe they are physical urgings to eat because of the long time in P2.

Consider that the waiting time is not wasted time. Its an opportunity to experiment and find out what you need to do to keep your losses. I'm hoping this article I wrote on the topic will make sense you. https://hcgdietinfo.com/why-its-impo...etween-rounds/
