    Natalie - I agree with this. I think itís in our DNA to just go big or go home LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!. I think your body needs a break. You have quit alcohol so this will be doable for you. Get your P3 dialed in. If youíre craving sweets do some fresh berries with heavy cream (whipped) to get a breve latte. Have a burrito bowl with lettuce chicken or steak and loads of guacamole. Homemade blue cheese dressing is amazing and slather it on top of a ribeye. So many options. Maybe we can deal them up for you!!

    Think of it as a journey and not a destination.

    I woke up at 172.6. Iím slowly ticking down. Not my best round but I have kept my exercise and I feel great. I am down 13 lbs in 14 days in (vlcd) breaking into the 160s is found to feel amazing. Itís been since 2016!!!

    My height was after my mom died and I allowed myself to get to 216. I canít tell you how badly I hated myself and my life. I was miserable, grieving and alone. Itís hard to believe Iíve shed close to 50 lbs since that time and grown spiritually into a person who loves life as herself LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!

    I bought sheimp and halibut yesterday at Costco so Iím going to do some fish this week. Looking at recipes now.

    Thanks for all the advice. My drops came today and I just put them in the fridge. Going to do p3 for another week and a half or two weeks at least. That will put me at three weeks or so of p3. Iíll do my best to stretch out p3 to at least a month.

    Today Iím down to 1.2 above LDW so definitely in that window. Had avocado, kielbasa and corn on the cob for lunch. Bullet proof coffee and fruit earlier. I feel good and full.
