    Hello Lovelies,

How is everyone doing? Happy Post-4th of July!

I started a round to get off the last 10 or so. Now that I know what to do for my thyroid. The good news is my 20 something daughter is doing it with me.

I feel so much better since the thyroid med adjustment, and I am enjoying the energy of the first week of this round.

I will read back later and catch up. Right now the "honey do" list is huge from my hard working hubby so I have to go! Nice to see that everyone is doing great!

    Fondly,
    RK

You are doing so great Natalie... just stay on course. You had a great round. I am happy to stabilize this year...last year was a dud and waste for me. Two years ago i stayed on course. The main thing is that hcg gets us back to taking control of healthy eating and i am grateful for that.

Home from camping. Ate super clean I think.
I took my scale, but it wouldn't work!
Not sure if it was the altitude.
Worked fine when I got home. When I weighed though, to see if it worked, about choked cuz it showed me 6 pounds up. But it was also 4 in the afternoon I had been eating all day and had just drank a bunch of water. So I'm not too worried about it.
Natalie you are rocking it! Rosanalou, so glad you're doing so well

    Good Morning Lovelies,

Natalie: you are doing great! Hang in there. I have done long rounds with a lot of success. I have also taken Planned Interruptions and then come back strong and lost more.

Roselanou: Glad you are doing well.

Tanya: I am sure it was the altitude and water weight. Whenever I travel I gain and it slips off in 2-3 days. So don't worry.

    Coco: How are you doing?

AFM: Day 6 of Round whatever. I only dropped .6 pounds today, but I am down 7 pounds so I am grateful. Nothing like week one. Also, I am slightly cold as usual, which is perfect in this hot weather.

Hope everyone and all the lurkers are doing well. Come and post with us, this is a great group.

Take care everyone and keep up the good work!

    Fondly,
    RK

    Hi rk,

I'm finishing up my Planned Interruption today, and back on VLCD tomorrow for about 10-12 days. Over the holiday weekend, I cooked a lot of meat on the grill (Bison Ribeyes, Jerk Chicken, Grilled Fish), also had some homemade oven-roasted chicken pieces as well - so I kept my protein up. Only added HWC and some RAW Gouda Cheese to the mix. No major gains, but ready to resume VLCD and get back to goodness.

Good morning everyone! So glad everyone is doing so well!
I was down to 154.4 this morning which made me very happy it's .4 oz under my ldw. But I also figure that a pound or more of that is just the general gain from starting to eat again so I'm not sure whether to do a correction day or not well I guess I'm not since I'm standing here making bacon and eggs LOL I ate cashews and cheese avocados have the heavy whipping cream those were my only new things that I had. Keeping my calories right around 1500 it's funny because when I did this before and I got down to 145 I could eat up to 1770 calories. At 152 and three my calories are 1500 to maintain. But I'm very happy with it.

If you are under ldw you only do correction day if you are more than 2 lbs over ldw I never weigh myself at end of day Otgerwise it Compares apples to oranges I weigh same time each day Btw i am eating an est 1300-1500 cal per day I used to eat 1600-1700 I am satisfied so havent tried to push calories up I am 77 so do not require same number of calories as someone much younger

    HI Lovelies,

Tanya, I don't know where you are in your round, so this is your friend RK just tryin' to help but Cashews are evil for me until P3 week 3....IF that helps you.
Coco: I love a PI! It turns the week back on into week one and I have great losses and a renewed focus. Nothing like a little break.
    Hi Rose!

RK Finn, I have always done well with cashews and they have been a lifesaver for me, in the past
    I am P3 day 8.

    Hi lovelies!

Just checking in to keep myself in the right mindset for maintenance.

Iím about 6 weeks and some days into P4 after a 30 day round at this point. I was 142.4 this morning (2.2 lbs under LIW). Iím bouncing around under LIW. Iím not trying to lose anymore weight as Iíve reached my goal. For me, daily weigh ins are key. It keeps me aware of how the foods I eat each day impact me. If I reach LIW, I cut back on my starchy foods and eat more meats, fats, and non starchy veggies. If I get to the upper 130ís, I eat a bit more carbs to bring my weight up a notch. If Iím planning a day of eating on the fly, I will eat clean the couple days before to prep for a possible gain.

I check in every so often to keep my mind on eating right. The last month has been extra crazy in my life and Mr. Savannahís doctor has kept him off work beyond 12 weeks with his health conditions and COVID, so he got a lay off notice this week.

Everyone on P2 seems to be doing really well. As for a PI, I did my first this past round. My losses REALLY picked up after my 10 day break. It was a bit tough going back to P2 after opening the P3 options, but was beyond worth it.

I hope you all had a lovely 4th and Iíll try to touch base more frequently.
