Iím going to go for another week or maybe two. Iím doing hhcg drops and have had success with longer rounds in the past. I feel good and have energy to go a little bit longer.

What are the limits? For hhcg?

Hello! Just wanted to check in and say hi and see how everybody's doing. Looks like everyone's doing awesome!
I'm still sitting at 154.4 which meant no loss overnight yesterday was a weird day I don't feel like I actually got enough food in. I'm getting really tired of having to cook all my food. But I do not like food that's been sitting in the refrigerator I'm kind of weird that way. Craving a peanut butter sandwich today which is not good P3 day 9. I'm actually getting really bored with my food cuz I'm eating the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner every single day pretty much!

    Hi Tanya,

Any reason why you can't have any variety in your foods now in P3? When I was on my planned interruption last weekend, I ate beef, bison, chicken & fish. Had I continued it more than 5 days I would have ventured into Lamb and Duck as well. The only meat that gives me problems is pork (not just bacon, but also fresh pork such as chops, tenderloin, etc.)

The issues I always have in P3 is with fruits and vegetables. I am sensitive to so many of them, and I do get bored eating nothing but salads, asparagus or green beans. I love broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, collard greens, but all of them cause me major gains in P3 and beyond, so I have to avoid them.

Sdwis...I'm just boring....I'm having salad with avacado, salami with cheese, berries. I cook almost everything and I'm getting tired of it.

    Clarifying...
Eggs bacon or turkey sausage for breakfast

4 oz burger with cheese and avacado
Salad with bolthouse farms yogurt ranch

    2 chicken thighs with asparagus
    Raspberries

Cashews for snack but I'm out.

    Same food every single day

Thinking about adding Greek yogart but don't have any.
Was going to start adding mug cakes but my microwave died a few months ago and I don't want another one unless I can put over my stove. Which requires removing half a cupboard.

I do not stabilize at all with cashews.... nuts can be problematic and very easy to overdo cashews

    Good morning!
What's super excited to wake up this morning and be back down to my ldw!
Pretty sure I was not getting enough calories in. I made sure I got right up there yesterday eating all regular foods nothing new.
oh wait I had mayonnaise because I made deviled eggs. And dropped so I'm pretty excited about that!!
Hoping everyone else is doing well and that the losses are still happening!

Great job Natalie... sometimes switching to P3 is just the change you need. I did 40 days plus the 72 hr without hcg and was happy to get to P3 It is time when it is time.

Thanks for the encouragement! I have some strong role models in this forum and that helps so much! LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - JOYFUL & JUBILANT in JULY!!!

    VLCD 46 - back down to 198.6
    Total loss - 36 lbs

A pattern of losing and going back up and then down and down. Used to it now. I need a good BM - sorry for tmi - but i do! Gonna take smooth move tonight. Always need it at least once a round. Gonna give this another week to push to 40 lbs. and stabilize at 195 or less. Thatís my goal!

Someone mentioned just doing a PI then hopping back in for another 3-4 weeks. Iíd rather do that then several weeks of p3 and p4.

What do yíall think? I feel good enough to do a PI yet i donít want to hurt my chances of stabilizing.
