Total loss - 43.2 lbs

I’m still feeling good to go on. I have drops today and maybe tomorrow. Still waiting to see if brother has any leftover. I’ll keep y’all posted!

Just a quick post to say I am finally loading for round 4. This is my first round using rx injections and I got it mixed and managed to inject a double dose before I realized it this morning. I should still have 38 injections left though, and am going to follow the excellent examples here and stay strong and work hard at not giving up. No cheats. Just going to work the protocol and watch it work on me. (NOW WHERE IS THAT FAST FORWARD BUTTON?)

Pre-Loading Weight: 262.4

Did you also do a PI? I think I read that in there. If so, then YES! This past round I lost like week 1 after my PI. I’m 3 lbs under LDW after about 7.5-8 weeks this morning.

In my past rounds, I’d slow way down at the end of the round.

Yes, these losses are after a 5 day Planned Interruption. Down .6 today, but that's because I had seafood and chicken yesterday. I usually lose
the 1 lb. or more on the days when i have (beef or bison) and chicken for my proteins , one fruit, and no grissini. I'm never hungry enough to even want the second fruit or grissini, so I don't miss them at all.

I almost cannot believe how big I am!
I'm on day 2 of a round, and feeling pretty mentally strong because I'm not automatically looking for ways to cheat and I really tried to load fat till I gagged on the two loading days (a good sign imo).
I hope to continue until the hcg in this bottle runs out. I think at 175iu that's 28 days.

Here's to being healthy and more nimble running after my 35 pound toddler.

Can someone remind me what LDW is? The weight I was after two days of loading?

LDW = Last Dose Weight (Drops, Injections, Pellets)

Where did you get your hcg - 175iu is higher than normal. Have you used that dose before, and been successful?

Hi ladies! I am no stranger to HCG and somehow it found my account from 2012. I have been on here as another name too. Long story short, I am on Day 1 of VLCD. I am sober now and in a program which should have clued me in a long time ago when I couldn’t give up alcohol for 27 days

. I lost a lot of weight in sobriety but have become a sugar hound and I got out of control with carbs and sugar. This is the only program that works for me as it is strict and it works.

Anyhoo, I am doing injections from Nuimage and once they are out they are out due to rules and regulations. I only got one round. I am diving right in and will read up on you guys and how you are doing.

I started today at 185.4 and have been loading for a good two weeks because I knew I was going to do this. That is a dangerous mindset for me. My height was 216 after my mom died and I was depressed and was drinking myself to death.

My goal is 150 but that won’t happen this round I do reformer Pilates six days a week and walk 2-3 miles as the dogs demand it, lol.

R4P2D1 260.0. Loading completed. I felt SO sick last night! I stuffed myself with a few favorites, and overate a sweet treat too. Not really high fat, but on a few failed rounds I regretted not eating it prior to the round and cheated with this favorite. This time I ate enough to feel nauseous for hours and now I am not wanting any more for a LONG TIME! I made a journal entry about how it made me feel so I can reflect on it should I start craving it again...

As expected (I was retaining fluid pre-loading), I lost weight during loading. Loading weight is down over 2 pounds! That has never happened to me, and I really did not eat well these past 2 days. No regrets, because I will be eating perfectly for the next 6 months, and very well long-term. I feel full still this morning and I keep visualizing he hcg doing it’s job of releasing stored fat.

Looking forward to feeling cold during this hot summer.
Looking forward to the downward trend on the scale.
Looking forward to shopping for clothes in my closet.
