    VLCD 58 - 1.8 lb loss
    Total loss - 43.6 lbs

191 today. There pattern of losing 3-4 lbs, gaining 1-3 and then losing. Itís just normal fluctuation Iím sure but overall Iím down. Almost to the 180s! My goal is 170 still Iíll have to do another round to get there and possibly even to the 160s. With my height of5í9Ē , 170 or even 165 is good for me and still keep my curves.

Iím about a size 12-14 now and with goal will be down to 10-12. A lot of my clothes in closet are fitting better and some are way too big. I like this! I definitely feel a ton better and look healthier.

Iím still dealing with neuropathy but with exercise and med management, itís not as bad as six months ago. Itís hard to believe that I was pushing 250 at the beginning of the year. I started this round at 234.6 and now Iím 191. Blows my mind. Love eating healthier and feeling better overall. Being sober for nearly 5 months has also helped a ton.

Thanks for all the support! We are all in this together and we will succeed. Stay strong everyone!

VLCD 40 - Down 1.6 this morning. Tomorrow is my Last Dose!!! I went grocery shopping at lunch time today to pick up my start of P3 items - HWC, Half & Half, Skin-on dark meat Chicken legs & thighs, European-Style Butter, Beef Short Ribs (bone-in and boneless), green beans, asparagus.bagged salad.

What I've learned from past P3's for me?:

I have to start off P3 with high protein lower fat- other than natural attached meat fat, gradually ramping up my fat content with butter, ghee, or tallow after about 3-4 days. Otherwise it upsets my tummy to have too much fat too soon & also sends the scale flying up over 1.5-2 lbs. the next day.

Lost 70+ lbs. in 4 rounds.
Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 4/6 !!!

    Hi HCG groupies
Iíve been lurking, preparing for an upcoming round. Probably starting at end of August after my birthday.
Just wanted to post now because I saw a message from NuImage that they will no longer have HCG after September. Their message stated only 6,000 vials left. So peeps get them while you can.
I look forward to virtually talking to you all soon. Hope you all have great losses and easy maintaining!

Dropped another 1.4. Woohoo! Feeling good and was up early and full of energy. Iím so grateful for Hcg and my willpower to stick with it. Iím grateful for this forum and you guys that help me be accountable. Youíre all an inspiration.

1.6, well actually 1.8, till 100s. I havenít seen 100s for a year and a half and Iím so ready for it. Sticking to chicken and fish. I do the same veggies - tomato, cucumber, celery, and spinach. I also put a little onion in salads and soups. Iíve done the occasional chunk light tuna when in a bind and didnít hurt but not OP. Apple and grapefruit and donít always do the daily allowance. I do have a zevia and la criox a day. No Melba.

Iím just going to keep doing what Iím doing and likely pass up 40 days. Iíve done long rounds before with good success. I donít want to go too long due to immunity and skin catch-up. Iíll see how Iím feeling at 45 days and see when I should start transitioning.

    Onward! Stay strong everyone!

I started a round to get off the last 10 or so. Now that I know what to do for my thyroid. The good news is my 20 something daughter is doing it with me.

I feel so much better since the thyroid med adjustment, and I am enjoying the energy of the first week of this round.

I will read back later and catch up. Right now the "honey do" list is huge from my hard working hubby so I have to go! Nice to see that everyone is doing great!

    Fondly,

    Hi rkthin,

That is great you are feeling better with your thyroid med adjustment. Do you lose weight better with the meds too? If you don't mind sharing which medicine you use and how it is working, I would love to hear. Hypothyroid runs in my family, and I have so many symptoms, I am having mine tested now and will see if that is part of my issue. In the past I have just had the (I believe) T3 and T4 checked, but I asked for a full panel; so I hope it will show for certain whether my thyroid is an issue or not. I'm glad you are feeling better! So fun that your daughter is joining you too!

This is cute you have a honey do list from your hard working hubby. I am glad to hear you guys are getting things done together.

Only added HWC and some RAW Gouda Cheese to the mix. No major gains, but ready to resume VLCD and get back to goodness.
Hi Sdwis, It was so good to hear you planned interruption went well. Those always set me back, and it sounds like you did it right. Congrats on the success!

Yes, what a great time to do this! Congrats on the weight loss beginning. I loved the chili too. I had to watch the tomatoes though. I love everything with cabbage. If you haven't tried the egg roll in a bowl concept, it is simply warmed up cabbage with your protein and spices. I have gotten the family hooked on that with a mix of their veggies in it. I also loved it as soup; so I would warm some of the chicken water/broth and shred my chicken into it and then throw shredded cabbage in for a few minutes with salt and spices. I was fuller the more broth I had. So I added broth to my chili too.

    Hi Lovely Ladies!

Lovelies! I haven't been here since right before the pandemic hit. I am sorry for not checking in. I have enjoyed catching up with some of your great news.

I'm having my thyroid tested now, and hope that is not an issue, but it will make sense if it is. I am still eating a low carb diet. I read the Fast Metabolism books some of you recommended just as the pandemic began, and I didn't decide to try that, at least not yet. Eating even a little bit of fruit or starchy vegetables has still not gone well for me. I am considering starting P2 again (after 2 years) after my results are in. If I do, I will do it gently with normal rounds instead of trying to keep going even though that way was easier for me. My brittle hair is still recovering after two years, and probably from being very low carb as well. It will be so good to eventually be able to eat a well balanced, healthy diet and maintain a healthy weight.

I am so inspired by all of your stories! I have only used hhcg drops. I heard that real hcg is going away. Will that affect the homeopathic drops and pellets? Which ones are you using now that work well? I would be interested in trying pellets as well as drops I'm used to. Thank you Lovelies. Keep staying so awesome! You are a beautiful bunch.
