Lex: So sorry to hear about your horrible chicken experience. You might be the first to have that happen while starting a round. I havenít done 3 days of loading but it not unheard of. Your last round results were fantastic. And then dropping another 10 after...wow!What did you do to aid in the additional weight loss? Iím struggling with trying to drop the creep up weight in between rounds. Losing so quickly on HCG kind of spoils the idea of doing it differently for me. But I need to figure something out.

On have to start because you mixed, if you are talking Rx injections, some of us freeze the syringes to keep it fresh longer. It is not good forever, but lasts several months that way. I always freeze my entire batch, as I get the 5,000 IU which makes a lot more doses than I will use in a round, plus after about 3 weeks, I start to worry about it losing potency. I'm told that is no longer a problem, but I have had hcg that was out of date and it's NOT FUN. So if you need to start next week or so, you could consider freezing what you have mixed. A lot of us think it freezes fine AFTER mixing.

Some things to consider. Soooo sorry about getting chicken stuck! YIKES. I am having trouble facing chicken right now, and that is not encouraging! LOL

Pearl Iím with you on the chicken right now which is a problem for me because itís all Iíve done for the past 2 years. Iím looking at buying some from a local farm to see if it is void of muscle texture issues Iíve been running into lately.

It's all very quiet here, I hope everyone is well!
Great start up loss! Your right it all works out in the end. The scales and mind game can be such a rollercoaster during VLCD. But the homestretch is feels good!

    Hello!
Mo- yes, don't forget the inches! That's the hard thing about weighing myself daily- I allow that hunk of steel w/numbers on it to mess with my mind! Ugh!
Pearly- know what you mean about chicken! Do you not eat red meat or seafood? You can make a nice p2 chili.
Lexy- wow, u dropped some serious weight! I don't do the injections so I'm no help. I remember Grammy being a wiz at that!
Jessie- I tend to creep up a few lbs between rounds myself! I need to focus on low carb more.

I've been exercising regularly since I'm in a warmer climate & I hope when I go back home next week I'll be able to continue. Boy am I sore! Ha!

Now besides food, I have something else to Stay Focused on! 🤓

Thank you, Gem. I have made a vegetable soup with hamburger to add daily. So that means I just need to add more fish. Not my favorite, but tilapia has always been good to me.

Down another 1.4. Not the huge losses of some first weeks, but getting there. I finally had a pretty POP day yesterday. I had to go to an event last night but although there was soup and lots of sweets, I just got myself a large glass of water and nobody even noticed. When I got home, I had a Pure Protein drink, (160 calories, 1 g sugar, 5 g carbs, 30 g protein) and a diet soda, so made it thru the evening hours which are my Munchie Time. And no crackers, so there's THAT!

    Onward!

Those evening munchies donít play nice! Couldnít resist buying 70% off 2 lb bag of holiday peanut MnMís yesterday. Theyíre for my family to eat and me to wake up feeling successful first thing morning. Or not ...I have a 2 choices at night that determine how I want to wake up feeling. Guilty of both!

WAHHHHH! I want Holiday Peanut M&M's! Happily. I don't have any. But if some were available, there's no contest. They'd be GONE. P

    JessieB,

I am not quite sure exactly what I did to lose more in phase 3, but I definitely just stuck to zero starch and sugar! I ate tons of protein, A LOT of eggs, cottage cheese and ate salads! I made sure I read every label to make sure there wasn't any hidden sugar in everything and I was surprised to see just how many things had hidden sugar. I did not exercise at all because I have an unresolved back injury so it was just being strict of what I ate. Sometimes I wouldn't eat very much, then I would eat a lot more some other days.....Thanksgiving is when I started eating some carbs and sugar and was amazed at how full I would get so fast! But that is what started the slow creeping gain...

Sorry you are having trouble in between rounds. Maybe start tracking everything that you are eating so you can look back and possibly find some trouble foods that you may be sensitive to. I hope it gets easier for you. I am hoping that the current round I am doing is just as successful but its probably different every time. I started just 3 days ago, and I can tell aunt flow is about to arrive... I was so anxious to start the diet, I forgot I even got periods for a second... haha. I am hoping that it doesn't have a negative impact on anything... For me, the HCG from India is much more effective for me and I always have zero hunger while on phase 2. I have bought it from the american compounding pharmacies in the past, but they didn't seem to work as well for me.

I have the same issue with losing weight any other way.... I guess I just need the rules and structure since I am kind of a wild child ...

But good luck with your weight loss journey!

Hi everyone. I'm new here (and to HCG dieting) but have been actively reading everyone's post. I started P2 on Sunday so I'm on Day 6. I'm down 6 lbs and have been following OP. I'm still kind of hungry, although not as bad as the first 5 days. I just can't imagine that at some point I will not be hungry. I had foot surgery so I'm in a cast and crutches for the next 8 weeks so I'm pretty immobile and that's part of what prompted this timing, I was afraid I'd just sit around and eat!

How do you guys handle nights out on P2? My daycare moms are going out and I'd like to meet up but I can't eat or drink a thing. I'm only day 6 so I don't want to set myself back. Ugh.

Anyway, glad to finally be doing this!

Haha, love PB M&M's! So I love walking & being in a warm climate has definitely jump started my walking routine. Yesterday was a bit overboard as I walked over 16,000 steps (7 miles) & had 126 minutes of aerobic activity over the course of the day! Whew! I'm feeling stronger this past week thank heavens. A friend came to visit yesterday & we walked & chatted, so that was definitely a plus!!

Welcome aboard, Journey! Your 1st week sounds great!

Lexy- when I 1st started doing hhcg, I also bought from a compound pharmacy but when the hammer came down on hcg, they stopped selling it. What I get is ok & it works, but I seemed to have lost more back then. Hey, it will be 9 yrs ago tomorrow that I 1st started coming to this forum! I had kept the weight off for years.

Pearly- the scale is definitely going in the right direction!

    TGIF & Stay Focused! 🤓

Welcome, Journey! You're off to a great start!

As for hunger, make sure you're experiencing true "hunger" and not just a feeling of empty stomach. If true hunger and you're keep up with your water intake, what form of HCG are you taking?

I often go out to eat on P2. You can usually at least find a P2 friendly salad (I ask for red wine vinegar on the side and use sparingly). I generally order something that's easy to modify to be P2 compliant.
