    LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - "JUMP IN" for June!!!

    Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco. This is your thread for JUNE 2020.


    This joyful and jubilant group of HCGíers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

    Please note as you read through the posts:

    I SUPER FAT LOADED for another round over the weekend, and am starting VLCD1 on June 1

    Lost 70+ lbs. in 4 rounds.
    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 4/6 !!!

    VLCD8 = -.6
    Total loss = 18 lbs

    Wow! That first week! It has really built up the momentum and motivates me to keep pushing. Iím sticking mainly to tilapia and chicken. I only eat apples and sometimes Iíll only have one or none at all. I did have beef yesterday at a get together but going back to chicken and fish for the rest of the round.

    Losses have slowed but thatís normal after the first week. I havenít been able to sleep well so Iím going to cut the caffeine off by 4-5 pm. I love coffee but I also really need sleep. My neuropathy has lessened but it still drives me nuts especially at night. I rub tea tree oil or lavender on my feet and take a gabapentin if i need to. My brain and feet just wonít leave me alone!

    I feel confident moving into a new week in a new month. I hope yíall are doing well and staying safe.

    Good Afternoon Lovelies,

    Natalie you are doing great!
    Coco: good luck in your round.

    AFM: not doing great. I keep fluctuating and part of it is constipation. I want to get back down, as I am still above my LIW, so today is an egg or high protein day. I am drinking lots of coffee and will have herb tea starting in an hour. I am also beginning to exercise more regularly--just light stuff to gradually increase my activity without increasing my appetite. I am also writing down everything I eat in "my fitness Pal" so I can better understand what is happening. This weekend I went back to my old trick of having cut up celery in water in a tupperware in the fridge. I find eating that helps me stay on track.

    Iím placing order now to jump in June. I received this notice when trying to new NuImage. Does anyone know about this? Itís the only place Iíve ever ordered from. Thinking maybe I should and try another source.

    I just ordered for the first time from NuImage and saw this too. According to the notice at the top of this page, this is true of all hcg providers. Hopefully a solution will be found!

    Hi lovelies!

    Just a quick check in to let you all know that Iím hanging in there. Iím 2 or 3 weeks into P4. My weight fluctuates right in my +/- 2 lbs of my LIW. Today, Iím 1.2 lbs under. Ive not had to do another correction day since the one in my last week of P3.

    Iíve been a bit distant because this world we live in has me overwhelmed. Iím sad for the citizens of this country and am hunkering down here spending time with neighbors and family.

    Natalie, your losses are amazing.

    RK, Iím sorry youíre still struggling. I hope TESS is kind to you in the morning.

    Iím sure I missed others. Just trying to reply based on memory at the moment.

    Thank you. Iím so surprised by the news. One things for sure this is going to raise the bar for me to make this final round a success...both during and after. I canít imagine we wonít have access in the future ...at least not without paying a lot more money.

    Have you tried DietDoc? They have an interactive on-line chat which may be able to immediately confirm whether they can supply you with hcg.

    Hello Everyone,

    Over the weekend, I loaded on nothing but fatty meats (lots of skin-on fried chicken and beef ribs), Fatty Oils (Old fashioned Crisco in the can, Duck Fat, and Beef Tallow), and nuts(macadamia and pecans). The only carbs I had were homemade fries in duck fat and half bag of leftover bbq potato chips. The only sugar was natural bliss creamer in super rich coffee, which was topped with lots of sugar free whipped cream.

    Lo and behold - I lost 2.5 lbs. the day after loading. It's now the morning of VLCD2, and just as it was yesterday I have NO APPETITE AT ALL.

    Well, darn it, I'm back!
    Loaded over the weekend 3 days. Started actual diet today. Was really hoping not to do this again. Two years ago I gained 25 lbs in 2 months from adrenal fatigue. And have been fighting to get this off on my own without having to do this HCG diet again. But here we are going into summer and I cannot fit into any of my summer clothes. Soap decided I'm going to go for at least trying to lose 15 to 20 at this point.
    Looking forward to being part of this group again although I see there's a lot of new people on here whereas I actually to be considered a newbie now because I don't recognize hardly anybody.
    It will be fun getting to know you guys!!

    That fantastic sdwis! Iím definitely going to add the fatty meats during loading.
