    Total Loss: -4.1lbs

    Really hoping the losses stay on this trend.. I tend to stall pretty quick around week 2.

    silvergypsy - Awesome! Keep us posted on how it goes! I actually opt for the 800 cal as I feel a bit better on it. I have found my losses to be quite similar between the 800vs500 (when kept clean).

    Natalie - Congrats on the great loss so far! You got this & will hit those 100's!

    Hello Everyone,

    VLCD24 Loss today 1.4. Total for the week looks to be about 5 lbs. unless I have a gain tomorrow.

    Total loss to-date will be 20 lbs.
    The Moderator currently known as Coco :

    Stable @ 155 for over 5 years. Height - 5'10
    Starting Weight: 220 lbs.
    Lost 70+ lbs. in 4 rounds.
    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 4/6 !!!

    So today Is day 24. I planned on having last drops tonight. Then I eat same for a few days. Then slowly up calories. Eat P3 for the week.
    I would be doing the interruption Monday thru Sunday.
    Then go back on drops Monday.
    The issue is I'm going on another camping trip the 23-26th. So want to be P3 that week as well.

    Hi Tanya,

    We're about the same place daywise. Without me wading through all these pages , how much have you lost in your 24 days?

    Now you have me thinking about doing a Planned Interruption for July 2-6, It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to go to any gatherings or visiting for July 4 since things are rapidly deteriorating here in Florida due to COVID-19, so at least I can have some good yet healthy meals that aren't limited to 500 calories.

    I don't want to eat anything bad, just a big juicy cowboy ribeye steak and blackened redfish on the grill along with a salad, and then roasted chicken or meatloaf and green beans or dinner on Sunday. I'd have bacon for breakfast and then any remaining leftovers Monday, and then jump back into P2 with a newly mixed vial on Tuesday July 7, continuing for another 2 weeks before finishing P2.

    I'm doing homeopathic drops.
    I'm definitely having bacon Monday!!
    We're pretty open in Oregon. Everybody still masking up., Though. Well, not everyone.

    Our campgrounds are still open at this point.
    Going to Northern California to camp at Shasta for our 2nd trip.
    I guess if I did an interruption then could back on drops for 18 days, I might get extra few lbs off.
    I've lost 12 lbs so far. 10 in 9 days, then 16 days to lose 2!!

    Wow, I've never had a stall before in any of my rounds, so I can't imagine the scale not moving for that long. One day this week, I did have a .2 gain, but it was the only day I had the grissini so I cut it out the next day and the good losses resumed for the rest of the week.

    So far so good! We have family in town but they are also on a clean eating journey so it’s made things much easier! Hoping to see those 150’s again soon...

    Crap, just lost a long detailed post. Darn. That's what I get for walking away from my computer for a bit to do something else.

    Anyway - AFM today, I'm down since yesterday, finally back to where I was last Sunday morning after my off-plan eating at the party the night before. It took me all week to lose those 2.8 pounds. So no more cheats. Not even the smallest ones. I didn't think I ate that badly off plan - about 500 calories but there were a lot of carbs in there and that translated to a gain.

    Hubby and I are going to the local drive-in tonight for date night to see Jaws and Jurassic Park. I'm excited to see Jaws on the big screen. I have lots of good OP foods for us and we are both planning to completely avoid the concession stand! This small town makes a big deal out of the drive in - everyone goes and sits in lawn chairs outside their vehicles and visits with each other and the kids play. No grilling out allowed anymore, but everyone brings picnics since you have to get there about 630 to get a good spot up front. I like to be in the front row so no one blocks the view.

    Well, first day no HCG. Still had no loss today. So basically figuring I had a y day stall, lost 1 lb went back into a stall.... So bummed. But thankful for my losses.

    Total loss - 28.4 lbs

    Fifth day of stall! Iím a bit disappointed still I know that it will break soon. TOM is over so thatís good. Hoping to go down tomorrow. Iíve been sticking to chicken and fish. I cut cabbage a while back cause I donít lose as well with that. I do have a la criox and a zevia each day. Iím keeping those in. I will cut the gum with xylitol. Even though itís such few calories each piece, I donít want that to hold me back and Iíd rather give that up than my drinks. Hereís to another day!
