Natalie this 2nd stall for me was 5 as well. Down today from 153 to 152.8.
But I know I will gain a little back after I start adding food tomorrow.
Which always sucks. In the ten years doing the HCG (this is my 17th round, as I can never keep it off) only one time did I lose 2 lbs after stopping drops and kept it off.
Every 6 months I seem to gain back the same 10 to 15 lb and it really irritates me. But it is my own fault. But this last time I gained 30 in 2 months due to the adrenal fatigue, Two years ago and it has been a fight to get it off. So I am very pleased. I had lost 7 lbs before I started the HCG and then I lost the 12 with the HCG. So that's almost 20 lb so I'm pretty happy with that.

I usually do protein/veggie foil packets. I precook chicken breasts on the grill or in the crockpot and buy several different kinds of frozen veggie steamers with either cheese sauce or other flavors...... after the chicken is cooked and cooled off in the fridge, put a portion onto a piece of foil with the uncooked frozen veggies. Add a pat of butter and some spices...... fold into a packet and put in the freezer. Make sure to write on outside what it is! (You can also cut up brats or hotdogs or flavored sausages as those are usually precooked and make it easier prep.)

Put them in big ziplocks if you use real ice so they don’t get soggy. They do thaw and all you have to do is toss on the grate over the coals and you’ve got a meal lickedy split. Since everything is precooked, no spoilage worry.

Other options is a charcuterie board type thing without the crackers. Think finger foods - pepperoni, hard salami slices, roasted chicken pieces, ham, several different choices of cheese, cherry tomatoes, other veggie tray style veggies with dip, olives, pickles......

Breakfasts we do a lot of Girl Scout omelettes. Save leftovers from the charcuterie meal, chop up the ingredients a bit...... crack a couple eggs into a Ziplock, add veggies, meat, cheese of choice...... “massage” the ingredients to scramble the eggs. Seal the bag and drop into a pot of boiling water. Use tongs to remove and check for being done. Open ziploc onto a plate and add spices and condiments..... your kids can add a tortilla with salsa for a breakfast burrito.

Natalie that's so awesome!! So happy for you!

Thank you silvergypsy....I've camped since a kid and boysscout/girls out camped.
Those are great ideas. I'm always afraid of pepperoni/kilbasa/polish dogs, picked, because of salt content
I will do chicken and burger for dinners. Will have berries for snacking, cocoa crack.

    Happy Monday Lovelies and Lads!

Natalie - Great losses! So happy for you having a great round and getting into Onederland soon!

Tanya - Have fun on your camping trip. Sounds like you've got a good meal plan. Sounds yummy! Hoping the PI jump starts your losing.

Gypsy - Your drive-in outing sounds like fun!

Coco - You've never had a stall? I am so jealous!

Letsdothis - You are off to a great start! Keep up the good work! It's great to have the support of your family in the healthy eating department. I don't have any local family, but have slowly been training my friends that we don't need to add bread/pasta/rice and the like to make a meal "balanced".

RoseL - You are doing great at stabilizing. So inspiring to read that you have been below LIW for quite some time.

RK - How was your egg day? Hope you are back to a more comfortable weight range.

    Anyone I missed - Keep on losing/maintaining!

AFM: Just checking in. Was out boating with friends over the weekend and maintained just fine. Currently -0.4 under LIW and feeling like my pants are looser. I think maybe I'm still losing some inches or just not feeling as bloated. We are taking Thursday & Friday off to make the Holiday weekend a mini-vacation. Being at the lake makes things feel much more "normal" at this point in time.

    Have a great week everyone!

    Have a great week everyone!
If a stall is still considered 4 days at the same weight then no I've never had one. When I've traveled in P2 in the past, I've stayed in the same range going up or down .2 for a few days but it was always when I had my "slow loss foods" which are shrimp, eggs (until I found about about my allergy after last round), too much salt, crabs, etc.). Once that time is over, and I can get one of my "always a loss foods", I do always lose at minimum .6 the next day.

I'm at my daughter's for my birthday dinner. They made steak, pasta salad, corn on the cob, angelfood cake with strawberry's.
I ate the steak and sitting here catching flack for just eating steak and strawberries.

They all knew how I'm eating, but decided I could cheat today and are offended I'm not.

Pretty upset with me and Im trying to be thankful.

Today I have friends picking me up to go shopping for plants at nurseries and then out to lunch. But I'm just going to get a big ol salad packing my own dressing! I can do this!!
