LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - "JUMP IN" for June!!!

Ugh! Iím up 3.2 from yesterday. Potential culprits could be cabbage, grapefruit and/or la criox. I only have one la criox a day, maybe two, in the last week. I also feel bloated and gassy- probably cabbage. TOM is over as well. Weird.
Iíll cut the cabbage, grapefruit and la criox and see what happens. I take gabapentin for neuropathy. Iím wondering if that can cause a gain. Hmm.

    Trying not to be discouraged.

Hey Natalie - my doctor just put me on something called Lion's Mane for my carpal tunnel. He said several of his other patients have had really good results with it for neuropathy. Within a couple of days, even. You might want to check with your doc. I found a 30 day supply on Amazon for under $25.

Yes, don't get discouraged. There are bumps in the road, but the overall direction is down, so keep up the good work!

and then my total post that I posted last night deleted. So what I was saying was I take a supplement that has lion's mane mushroom in it. So was wondering if that's the same thing. I also have neuropathy, I use a CBD fluid and cream. No oils in the CBD so it's perfect for taking on the HCG program!!

Hi Tanya - Yes, it is a supplement made from mushrooms. I don't really have pain with the carpal tunnel, but we're hoping it will help with the swelling and diminish the numbness.

Natalie, you had such a big drop in week 1 that its just your body regrouping from the massive change. Don't let it discourage you even if it goes on for a few more days. That is exactly what needs to happen after a fast, substantial drop like that.

Thanks Leez. That sets my mind at ease. In my previous rounds, i havenít had a drop so vast as this one in the first week. What you said makes sense.
