    So I've been playing my food into MyFitnessPal and look at the nutritional values and everything just now and noticed that I I've only been getting three carbs instead of 30. So what else am I supposed to eat to get my carbs up to 30 or close to 30?
    Also rumor had it that for 2.0 we could use bolthouse farms yogurt ranch dressing. Is this a true thing 3 carbohydrates two sugars 3 grams fat.

    Just popping in for accountability P4 140.2 4 lbs under LIW after 4 weeks on p4 Feeling well and eating well Had Chipotles steak bowl with lots of redpeppers onions cheese Very tasty Passed on rice and beans because i wasnt in mood for heavy starches

    it's VLCD8 and I've lost 8 lbs. Feeling great, and urine test strips show ketosis as of yesterday. I know that's not required, but it's my way of knowing that losses will continue.

    I know loses will slow down this week (as in the past), but i don't seem to have stalls unless I'm traveling and having to eat shrimp or eggs n P2.
    The Moderator currently known as Coco :

    Stable @ 150 for over 5 years. Height - 5'10
    Starting Weight: 220 lbs.
    Lost 70+ lbs. in 4 rounds.
    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 4/6 !!!

    Great news and great losses! I have been in travel mode several times doing hcg and it is doable I used to get grilled chicken breast patty from McDonalds and side salad no dressing. Just wipe off any extra moisture off patty. I lost eating these

    Natalie...you continue tomdo great...agree with Leez your body needs time to adjust to all those huge first week losses. Just keep your eyes on the prize...thatnismat the end of the journey. I have never had huge weight losses bit i knowmatnthe end ofmthe round imwill be eating better and weigh less than when I first began. My averages always about .5 average per day and less when i am closer to goal. About .4 per day average. Some days go up and some down. It is how my body works so i have to relax

    Day 7 second day of no losses. Not even an ounce.

    Hi Tanya,

    Is there any specific reason you are focusing on macros instead of just making sure you are eating the allowed amount of approved P2 foods?
    How many days in are you and have had no losses?

    I didn't realize I was looking at macros. I did my bmr and it says I should get 680 calories. But I've been sticking closer to 500, but don't even reach that, most times.

    I'm down half lb today and strictly eating p2 foods. Had 2 days no losses, first week which I thought was odd for me. I usually lose 7-8 lbs first week. I list 4. Something.

    So I weighed again, 2 hours after getting up. 158.8.
    Start weight last Tues 165.4. loaded 3 days with good health foods except for one. I didn't gain anything from the load.

    I finally got the whoosh I was waiting for! Iíve cut cabbage and grapefruit out for now as they might have been causing some issues. Hoping for another loss tomorrow.
