Started loading last Sunday and Monday so on vlcd for 4 days. Today is day 5 Scale down 4 lbs from starting weight -5.2 from load I really only count my losses from orig weight though i know that is not the norm. Mostly first week is best. My stat evaluation will be on Tuesday after being on vlcd for one week. Going well and not having usual issues of first week so dose must be spot on and even tho i bought overseas it seems all is well. Having all our income producing events cancelled is quite a blow but not cause to not stay focused on my health goals. So many of you are encouraging me with your success stories. Keep on

Good morning everyone! I'm still here, I'm just boring. I've been introducing foods slowly, no real reactions except for some suspect quest I had - there must've been flour in it. That brought me up a little, .5 up over the 2 lb. threshold but I did not do a steak day, I just ate clean, skipped the nuts and I was back down the next day. I do not enjoy steak days and they don't always work for me.

Rosey, I did 2.0 this past round and really liked it. I lost 14 pounds in 34 days. I saw an earlier post from you about macros, they are confusing! So I ignored all that stuff. I have some help sheets I referred to constantly, send me an email at tt4107 at gmail and I'll share.

Linda, you are spot on - mindset is everything! The best maintenance for me is to weigh every day. It's so much easier to fix a slight gain than to ignore the trajectory going up, up, up! Once I stop weighing everyday, I lose responsibility and accountability and all those bilities that keep me honest.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone. I'm going to clean my messy house and then tonight, I'm introducing whiskey

LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - Marching Forward in MARCH!!!!

    P3: Bakiní bacon!

I had 3 pounds of thick cut in the freezer from I donít know how long ago. Usually when I bring that home I take it all apart and layer it in freezer paper so I can microwave it a couple pieces at a time, but I was evidently in a hurry so I put the whole thing in the freezer and that created a large bacon rock.

I took it out last night and forgot and left in the sink, but this morning it was still cool to the touch, so baked it all up.

Iíve been in a strange mood the last few days, I think itís the antibiotics in part and also having to eat so they donít make me sick. P2 food wasnít sufficient, so I started P3 a little early rather than be nauseated. Still low-carb but much higher protein and a little fat i.e. some shredded cheese on some strips of sirloin.

But I amFeeling a little like load days when you just donít feel like eating. Case in point I made all this bacon and I can only eat like one and a half pieces. Iím sitting here looking at a scrambled egg and thinking of giving it to the dogs. But if I do, how am I gonna take this honkiní big gut bomb pill?
    Ugh

Iím up .6 too. But measurements are the same. Sorry, but I donít Feel industrious enough to take a picture of that dress. Maybe later in the week.

Schools are close for this foreseeable future, so Iíll be helping my sister figure out what to do with three bored teenagers. Yay.

remember the words on the front of the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy: donít panic and always know where your towel is (or, evidently, your TP these days)

I'm still alive. Spent my morning trying to stock up for the week and get veggies and fruit. We are expecting a couple storm systems that will bring snow down to low levels, so I was at Safeway with about everyone in the county. Jeez...

Oh! My 16 year old has had a sore throat since Wednesday, a dry cough since Thursday, and slight came and went between yesterday to today. The hospital sees no need for me to bring her in, but Mr. Savannah doesn't get paid sick leave so she's been waited on by me in her bedroom to be extra safe. I also get to pick up on her chores too. We have 5 Jenny Boer goats and 10 babies (one on bottles), 10 chickens, a donkey, and 14 year old dog to take on by myself along with the cooking, cleaning, and care of my 7 year old. Busy, busy, BUSY!!! I have be racking up about 9-10 thousand steps without intentionally going for any sorts of walks.

Staying on protocol, but went a little rogue again with cauliflower in my chili (hcg chica's recipe) yesterday. This morning I posted a 1 lb loss and Mr. Savannah 2.5 lbs which is his biggest to date.

    1 Week VLCD - 9 Injection Days

    VLCD: 7 ( -1.2lb)
    INJ Days: 9

    Load Weight: +4.8lbs
    Total Loss: -9.8lbs (9.8/9 = 1.088 per day)

Loss From Pre Load Weight: -5lbs Not too shabby. These are the only losses that really matter. I think its unfair to inflate numbers with the "load weight" you gain and lose. It took about 3 days for that to come off so I'm averaging around -.83lb daily (5/6 = .83). Which is pretty much spot on with my first round of HCG in 2011 (a tad bit higher). I'm hoping my total avg loss of 1.088 keeps up through the entire round now that I don't have any load weight to factor in. That would make a very happy Rosey - time will tell

    Comparatively
I lost 20lbs in 7 weeks prior to hcg for a -.408 daily loss - which is nothing to laugh at but it was hard and I was hungry lol. The last 2 weeks of that I was on Phen.

I'll circle back later to catch up on posts ...

    Happy Sunday Fun Day Dolls

Thanks Tracy - i'm on my own little version of 2.0 lol... I'm not sure your cheat sheets will help but I'll send you an email . I've kind of just been following the rules loosely and crossing my fingers ... so far its working. This is pretty much my approach to life in general

Great job... congrats ... I think most of only count our actual losses from our original weight. I do track the load weight because i like to know how long it took me to lose it.

    Planned Interruption vs Cheat

So as I mentioned I am now going to do a longer round. I'm not sure if I want to do a planned interruption or just cheat a few days or two after I complete 30 injections. Any input ladies? Is it easier to bounce back from a PI or a Cheat?

I'm just not sure if its worth weaning off the injections for a 1 or 2 day break and then restarting. I cheated my first round and lost without issue .. I was also almost a decade younger lol. I'm not planning on any grand feasts or fast food mukbang sessions lol... But i would like a lil brie (I love this stuff if you couldnt tell by now).. maybe a vodka soda (or 3) at the beach ... a nice dinner out without analyzing the menu and asking 50 questions about how things are prepared ... I mean this is why I moved to miami after all lol

    Thoughts?

    Good morning, lovelies!

Sorry, Rosey... I have no valuable input. I did a PI once which was just a waste of time. That said, Iím not sure cheating is a good idea either. Good luck on the path you choose!

Iím going to make Friday my LDW. That would be 30 days on HCG. Iíd rather extend out another week or so to get to goal, but my circulation is just too unhappy. So unless the blood pooling in these 2 crazy toes (on separate feet and not symmetrical) clears up by Friday, Iíll put a fork in this round.

Also, my goal weight may no longer make sense for my age. IDK. Iím still happy with my losses so far this round and another 5 days should bring me close to goal, so all is well. Onward!

    Hope everyone is doing well!

Great losses Rosie! Ive never done a planned interruption. Sounds fun but I donít usually see them to be worth it.

Kar, it sounds like you have heathy goals and expectations. P3 is my favorite foodwise. I love the way I feel when injecting HCG.

Last night I made a "stir fry" with asperagus and chicken and miracle noodles. Today I'm posting a 0.8 lb gain. Mr. Savannah's weight stayed the same. I am due to start TOM by the end of the week and haven't had a BM in 2 days. Those noodles are known to attract water due to being 100% fiber and sitting in my digestive track after all the salt of Bragg's Aminos (my eyes are puffy too) so I'm blaming water retention for it.

Vent... Mr. S ate two boiled eggs yesterday, lifted weights, and a peanut butter cookie in addition to eating the same meals I did. I didnít ask about his BMís. Men definitely have an easier time dieting.

Well, Iím not going to get discouraged because the gain is almost self explanatory and temporary. Iím very pleased with my results still. After the .8 gain and being day 6 of vlcd Iím down 8.3 lbs total and 5.6 lbs total. Now to feed my 20-something mouths that depend on me.

Yay Savanah and Rosie and Rose
And all! Your P2 is going so well.

Kar, I hear you on changing your LIW. If your clothes fit, take it! Iím battling that too. Itís just a number. Ha ha. Thatís what they say about age, too, And that number is no fun either.

This antibiotic is going to kill me. Flat kill me. I went to the doctor because I was dizzy and that was making me nauseated, so they gave me an antibiotic that makes me more nauseated and that makes me dizzy. This has not been a fun week. Yesterday was actually the worst yet. I could barely get off the sofa safely.

PTL though, as I prayed for healing and prayed for healing for everybody going through all of this corona nonsense, and this morning Iím about 10,000% better. I still had one more antibiotic to take, so I am trying everything to keep it from upsetting me for a whole day, or I should say another whole day.

I found two pieces of bread, one crust and a slice of very dense high-fiber bread in the freezer. I knew it was there I just didnít want it. It was left over from when my mom was visiting last fall.

Since I donít have a toaster, because I donít buy bread, I had to broil it in the oven. It was hard as a little rock. But cross fingers cross fingers cross fingers and do a little pagan dance that it keeps me from losing another day to dizziness and nausea!

I took my pill between slices with ginger ale and Iím wearing my travel wristbands. So hope this helps. I really do not want to have to go back to the doctor for this!

Meanwhile of course Iím up! Iím still in my window but I am hanging on by my fingernails. I know it is inflammation because I woke up this morning and didnít even need to pee! Thatís crazy! I drank water and tea and diet Ginger ale constantly yesterday, and apparently sucked it all up and kept it in there.

Oh well. The continued adventures. I ordered groceries for pick up on Friday and can pick them up today. The order them in the morning and get them later in the afternoon idea is over! I ordered some from Walmart too and I canít get those until tomorrow. Forget delivery.

My poor Bachelor brother in CA decided yesterday he better go to the store and get some hand sanitizer. I fear he was in for a shock. I hope he knows that soap is a good sanitizer and the hand sanitizer everyone is scrambling for is a convenience. Soap and hot water does fine. Soap, by definition, is antibacterial. And the Corona virus is a, well, a virus!

I donít even wanna think about his toilet paper situation.

    Onward!
