It seems to work for them, so since you've got 30 days in already, it should probably work for you too. That said, I've read where going through the 3 day transition off of hcg twice in one round is mentally tough, it all depends where your head is at...

    Guess that wasn't much of an answer, was it...
    lol I havent decided I'm leaning towards a PI though. It seems like I can expect to lose a week either way ... might as well come off the injections to avoid any crazy gains and save the product for the rest of my round.

    Good Morning Dolls,

    +/- 0 day #2 for me.. but I expected it. I had a lowly 335 calories and maybe 1 liter of syfo seltzer yesterday. I had my morning shake as usual ... but then the day went haywire. I didn't eat until about 5:30 and I only had the energy to scarf down 8 ounces of crab meat.

    side note lol.. I think said crab was higher in calories than chicken in one of my posts on here lol.. Idk where I got that from. I think I had been staring at labels too long that day. In any event this is one of my fav p2 foods. Publix sells these packed containers of claw crab or jumpo lump crab that I love... they are packed in water and refrigerated in the seafood section. Super Yum!

    I'll be drinking 40 gallons of water today and eating so hopefully tomorrow I'll see a drop..

    Rosey: Hope your inflammation went away. I always find a Planned Interruption helps me when I do a long round. Good Job on the losses! What flavor Premier Protein shakes do you like? I just got some for my dad and he also likes them. Regarding cheating on a PI: my advice is do the 48 hours of eating P2 without HCG when you transition, that is the danger zone where a cheat will mess you up. After the transition when the HCG is out of your system, I have found a cheat is easier to get away with and any weight you gain you will lose quickly when you resume. I have had to do many a PI, oftentimes in a work trip out of the country, and that is what has worked for me. Yes the grocery shopping is awful now!

    Roselanoue: Great job with the losses! Is there any federal relief money you could get because of income losses?

    Tracy: Great job avoiding a steak day! Yes I agree I have to weigh everyday. I also enjoy whiskey. Just a bit is all I need. Or bourbon....

    Pearly: Love bacon! Hope you are feeling better! Wow those antibiotics can really be hard. Yes I definitely think you have some inflammation going on. Hope it goes away quickly!

    Savannah: Great job on your losses. How is your kid feeling? I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Gosh I am so sorry about your situation. Can a friend get you groceries and drop them at your door? I agree with Rosey, very important that you and Mr. Savannah don't get this. Yes, I can't believe how easy it is for men to lose weight. Not fair!

    Kar: I think You are doing the right thing to end your round. Circulation in the feet is very tricky. Also, I have lost weight in p3/4, a real shock to me. But if you can maintain your loss, I think your body will continue to reshape as mine has.

    AFM: My weight loss and stability is the real bright spot for me. I am down another pound. I can't take credit for it. it's not self discipline but the anxiety over all this Corona Craziness. Outwardly I am very calm and cool and jovial for my family, but inside me I feel anxiety really bad. With my 91 year old Dad still finishing his recovery from Pneumonia, I am nervous about getting this and transferring it to him. My mother and Dad do not want to stay home, but they must and so I am making them. Then I found out they invited people over for dinner, tomorrow night, so I made them cancel it. The grocery situation is awful. I have plenty of food, but before this I use to enjoy going grocery shopping for fresh fruit and vegetables several times a week, so I am not use to "stocking up". It is hard to deal with the crowds, shortages etc.

    Also, can anyone tell me why people are hoarding toilet paper of all the funny things???? Lucky for me I just happened to pick some up before the craziness hit. Hopefully it will last and things will return to normal!

    Well lovelies, I'm sure things will settle down. Hope everyone stays well and continue the losses!

    My daughter is doing the same. She hasnít gotten worse since Saturday, and the fever has been low. We were ready for almost a week at home. If she tests positive tomorrow, Iím going to need help. Actually, my friend I met right here, LinderLou has offered to pick up food at the stores for me. We discovered that we are practically neighbors and live in the same tiny town. I will definitely keep everyone posted on how she does and what I hear tomorrow.

    LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - Marching Forward in MARCH!!!!

    Today was a better weigh in. TESS gave up a whole lb to me. Since I still had 0.4 to lose from Saturdayís weigh in, I really only lost 0.6 in those two days. Iím quite pleased with the trend down. I remember my rounds in 2014 and I experienced the same trends with the scale after the first 4-5 VLCD. I was asked last week of 110 was too small for me at my height. The answer is YES! I looked gross and I was very sickly as well. My goal is to get back to 143 which is a nice weight on my frame. Iím 15 pound away. Itís slender and healthy without being skinny. I have an extra bottle of 5000 iu HCG to make this a long round. I will go at least 30 days for sure, but i will decide whether or not to mix the other vial at about VLCD 27-28 based on my weight, mindset, and losses that last week. I havenít gone 40+ days in a round ever yet so we shall see.

    Mr. Savannah didnít eat cookies yesterday, but he did eat 4 whole eggs in addition to what I ate yesterday. Heís down another 1.2 lbs. Heís lost 11 pounds in 8 days and is 14.2 from goal himself. Iím sure he will transition to P3 before me. If this happens, he will be fending for more of his own food because I donít want to torture myself either.     My husband has been looking for that crab meat. He LOVES it. I think we as women are very sensitive to about everything and water retention is a b$&%! Youíre doing so well. I think this crazy time of uncertainty and empty shelves across the nation make it pretty tough to stick to the protocol. Kudos to everyone of us for marching forward and keeping our health at the top of our priorities.

    One week on vlcd Down 5 lbs from before load and 6.4 including load I never gain much during load Now i start week 2 vlcd so i know losses will be erratic at this point. If it gets too in my head stuff i will weigh every few days. Right now i plan to weigh each day Looking at past hcg journeys of mine i have had stalls and some gains with the same foods but in the end it works out. My plan for now is to do 30 day round . Prefer not to do second round right away Will know how I feel after all of this shakes out. I have another vial if i wanted to do long round.. 42 days which could get me to my goal.

    Good morning, Lovelies!

    I usually have that delightful crab meat once or twice per week on P2 I like to heat it up in toaster oven, then wrap it in some romaine lettuce with a little yellow mustard. Not fancy, but somewhat reminiscent of my childhood in Baltimore and my granny's crab cakes. I have her recipe, but it's not at all P2 friendly. I could really go for a picnic table full of blue crabs right about now...

    It's VLCD 25 for me and I've been slowly dropping (knock on wood). Still planning for LDW on Friday, unless the worst red toe looks completely normal by then, which I highly doubt.

    My Instacart shopper is currently at Publix. Fingers crossed...

    Youíre doing great! Looks like you and I are in the same place with mindset and how long we want to ride this round out. Your losses are great. I kind of feel for myself that if I march forward for a long round, it will be because I think I can get to goal that way. If I donít see that happening, Iíll probably end the round and take a break for a bit and then do another round with the second vile. I wish I could skip the scale. I think if I weighed every three days then it would be better, but I also feel like I need to get back in the habit of weighing daily in order to have a successful P3/P4 so I deal with the mind games TESS likes to play.

    My Walmart order placed Friday and scheduled for pick up At noon Monday was cancelled at 9 am yesterday. I called and a recording said there had been a computer glitch but a rep said call your local store. I called them and they said everything was out of stock and they could only fill 40% of it so they canceled it. No new pick up
    Reservations available for two weeks.

    So I got into my little car and drove to Walmart, along with 600 other peopleó store was an absolute circus- and found everything on my list for both me and my sister.

    So thinking the computer glitch was the real truth. Probably maxed out the system and it crashed.

    I bought 2 of some things that I usually get one of, so stocked up a bit without hoarding too much.

    Meanwhile, back at TESSó Iíve gained 4 pounds since Saturday. I obviously messed up my transition big time and entry into P3. I was high protein and fat and almost zero carbs yesterday and still up .6 today.

    Iím better at last, done with gut-bomb pills, only occasionally dizzy for 2 seconds and no longer sea-sick feeling all day. Still sound a bit nasal, but 10000% better. I should be seeing a loss from inflammation going down, not gains!

    So- what the heck? Iíd have to remix to go back on and re-do the PI and second p2 days and transition againó and I just spent money on cheese, avocados, etc that I havenít had yet, but not willing to toss them. I do NOT want to go to grocery store again (maybe ever!)

    I didnít buy steak and steak days havenít worked for me ever.

    Stumped.

    All I can do is try to be careful and only add a little P3 food I know Iím not sensitive too a little at a time and hope I slide back to down eventually.

    I canít do another round for 6 weeks at the minimumó- Iím Worried Iíve already hit using hcg too much the last year and itís not working like it did.

    Iím home schooling my sisterís 3 teens for the duration, Y is closed so no swimming. We walked yesterday instead, but rain today and snow coming again soon.

    PearlyMae... Iím so glad that youíre feeling better. Iím so sorry to hear about your gains that happened to you just trying to get well. I would be so frustrated. If steak days donít work for you, Iíd go back to super clean eating with larger portions of P2 foods for a few days along with lots of water and possibly an epson salt bath and use the weight after the few days as LDW that Iíd try to stabilize.
