Hey ladies- I’m wrapping up my P2. Did my final injection yesterday at 11 am, so this means I can start eating P3 Friday at 11 am, right? Just need to confirm because I always get confused on when exactly P3 eating starts. Thanks!

    Vlcd 12

Welp the tequila and the "order in" came to haunt me this morning ... +1.2. I ate clean yesterday - probably not enough water though. Did 1 shake and 2 servings of protein - no veggies. I will do another protein day today and live to fight another day lol

Oddly - I'm not upset about it ... has Covid-19 increased my "Zen"? am I in forced state of acceptance of what is? lol I just looked at the scale and said " meh" ctfu . You'd think this would be a good time for doing the hcg diet ... can't really go out.. limited food availability etc. However, I'm not sure .. for me personally I think its counterproductive. Too much going on to be as vigilant as this diet requires.

In any event .. the show must go one Ladies.

Savannah & Rose - glad to see those losses adding up ... Hopefully i'll be joining yall again soon with the scale victories.

Looking forward to seeing everybody's posts today ... do me a favor and remind me to drink my water lol... I think im having an issue because all they had was a case of auqafina. I usually get gallon jugs of purified water and tote it around all day - this way I can see how much I still need to be drinking. All these little 16 oz bottles are annoying (and terrible for our environment) I think I have to drink like 8 of them to equal a gallon. Seems excessive when its laid out like that lol..

Today is vlcd 10 9 days completed on vlcd 6 lb loss from original weight 7.4 from load Just really count only the 6 lb loss. Never made sense to me to count load weight as a loss...i am sure someone will explain to me why that makes sense, Looking at my journal through last year...while i am still a long way from desired loss i am at same weight as last September... that is progress. Guessing at the end of this 30 day round i will be 5 lb short of my goal weight of 140. If i feel it is a good time to stop I will. If i feel all is well i will try to go 12 more days to hopefully get the extra 5 off . That is my plan but as a woman i can always change my mind. Lol.

    Good morning, Lovelies!

Justgitterdone, I'm about 72 hours behind you. Looking forward to P3, as maddening as it can be.

Savannah, glad the results finally came in and she's negative!

    Rosey, drink your water.

    All ya'all, howdy!

Hope everyone has a great day!

LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - Marching Forward in MARCH!!!!

    Good morning lovelies!

Rosey- Mr. Savannah convinces me to lift with him and I gained 1.6 pounds. He drank a bottle of wine, ate four eggs (two were huge turkey eggs), wheat thins, and a few grissini dipped in natural peanut butter with a gain of 0.8 lbs. Well, at least he should go back to work tomorrow.

TOM is due to arrive Saturday morning. Between lifting weights, and a late dinner. Iím thinking that itís definitely playing a roll. I have to be ok with it because I do usually gain a few pounds the week before TOM. Today wonít be much different, but I hope to eat earlier and probably skip the weights.

    Kar- how are your toes?

    Have a good one ladies!

    Hi Savannah,
Thanks for asking... My toes aren't any worse, but don't look much better. So I will take my last dose tomorrow morning. It would be nice to extend longer to try to get those last few pounds, but over all I'm pleased with my results this round... provided the usual P3 reshaping goes well.

Well, I just heard an explanation on the radio that kind of makes sense - kind of... They said that since everyone has to stay home, from school, from work, etc. families would be going through a lot more TP than they normally would per week. The hoarding - that's just over reacting at it's finest.

I work from home and DH is retired and is home all the time and we barely use one roll a week. Maybe if we had 4 daughters, it would be a different story The package I bought at Costco 2 months ago still has 24 rolls in it, so we should be good for about 6 months.

    Good Evening Lovelies,

I have missed everyone and hope everyone is doing great. Whoever said they were having a plateau, just wanted to say I usually have 7 day plateaus in each round and I still end up losing really well when you average it out. Also, I stabilize much better on the rounds that I have plateaus in....Just in case it helps.

My grandmother use to tell me stories about the 1918 influenza Pandemic. Her father closed his business and made them miss parties and cancel social events. They all survived it. I have told my kids we are making history in how we take care of each other by staying home and helping each other. Maybe that will help some of our young people that are having such a hard time with this.

Savannah! Great News! So happy to hear the quarantine of your daughter and family is over! It is really hard on young people to be without their peers, so I hope the phone, FaceTime, Skype etc. helps her Now that we are all on lock down in California.

LinderLou: how are you doing? It was so nice of you to help out the Savannah family. Thank you for the story about the TP. It just is silly almost.

Rosey: Drink your Water! Throw some lemon in it if it helps, or mint and cucumber, or rosemary or.....And now I want some tequila...sigh...

Kar: You are doing the right thing ending with your feet issue. I am somehow losing a bit more weight in P4, and the re-shaping is really noticeable now. I am hopeful that you have the same experience.

Roselanou: I feel the same way about age. Even my 91 year old dad joked with me today, as I was cleaning his mirror with him "Who is that old man staring at us in the mirror? Keep cleaning, we have to fix this" and we both laughed. The home health physical therapist cannot believe he makes breakfast and coffee and cleans the kitchen afterwards everyday. Honestly these 30 year olds need to get it that just because we have some years on us we are not incompetent. It is just a shock that we are older. I try not to think about it.

    Justgitterdone Enjoy P3!

AFM: I am doing well weight wise. I am very shocked that I am still losing a pound or so a week. My body is also re-shaping which is nice. My face was a bit saggy but now it looks much better (so says my harshest critics, my loving daughter and hubby) haha. The issue is DH is due to start a new job Monday, but now that everyone is suppose to stay at home in California, he is concerned there will not be an office "onboarding" on Monday. Needless to say it is very tense on the home front and my 20 something kids are unhappy to be working from home and on lockdown. Young people really like having a social group... My parents also don't understand the concept of social distancing. I went over yesterday and Dad is making breakfast for his gardener and a few neighbors....Mom says, "The food and coffee is all hot! The oranges are from our tree so not contaminated. We are being very careful!" I. just. don't. have. the. words. or enough wine. I am trying to keep my cool and my usual calm, unflappable, humorous demeanor, but the price is some anxiety that I am trying to put to good use. I am also going to do some of the online yoga and exercise classes.

Clearly I need to go to sleep! I know tomorrow will be a better day. Everyone stay well and keep losing!

    Fondly,
    RK
