    Hello everyone!!

    Nice to hear from everyone. Today was my day 5 and I am happy to say yesterday and today have been a piece of cake. Well, without the cake. I was quite hungry on day 3 so did some poking around this forum and saw past participants who had similar problems and were advised to lower their dose. So I lowered my dose to 10 drops 3x/day (was starting at 15) and I spaced them out to every 6 hours and that did the trick! I have good energy too, although I wouldn't run a marathon. So thank you for this forum! Because reading past posts and seeing advice/tips is really really helpful.

    The scale is slowly coming down but what is more important is I feel like I am leaner so that is good. I made a list of qualitative benefits I hope to see from this diet so I don't always focus on the scale. Like fitting into that suit I won't throw away. Not feeling my stomach roll over my pants when I sit down. These hopes keep me going. Cause I still have a way to go!

    Question: I have not been pooping daily as I normally do... is this normal? I don't feel constipated. But I am thinking the lack of fat/emollient could be a factor. I started taking Magnesium but that adds 25 calories to my day since it is in liquid form. I obviously can't do a castor oil pack... any suggestions of what has worked for you? My water intake is good.

    Sherrieef: Personally, I would do a round right now especially now that were encouraged to stay in, but I am not immunocompromised. You could always start and stop if you start to feel sick.

    Tguch, nice dose adjustment! I take magnesium all the time and that seems to be sufficient. You could also add some smooth move tea if you feel the need.

    Coffeegirl, hang in there! Itís pounds AND inches! Try not to let that evil scale mess with you!

    Thanks for asking Today is week 4 of vlcd and weight up and down for 3 days but stabilized 10.2 lb loss from beg weight and 11.6 lb from load weight. This is Not unusual bUt still annoying. I always have a few days like this eating same thing. I have one more week to go to finish and then 72 hr more. I would love to see a 4 lb drop before P3 . Very optimistic goal but that is what i hope for. I dont intend to go longer than 30 days with all this covid stuff It will get me close to my goal and my stomach has finally flattened out and at 77 that is a good thing

    Happy Hump Day Lovelies!

    I fell off the wagon a bit yesterday. We spent most of the day in the sunshine and fishing in the ďglory holeĒ which is a great big deep pond we have that we planted with young fish 2 years ago. I brought some Jameson down there and may have had 3 shots. Of course I was buzzed by the time we came inside and I had no desire to cook a big meal so I took a can of 98% fat free turkey chili with no beans and ate the whole can at 8:30 at night. I was within my calories minus the booze, but the canned chili has corn starch in it.

    Today, Iím down 0.8 lbs and anticipate that I may rebound a bit again tomorrow. Iím still sore throughout my shoulders and back from the yard work Monday. Iím going to try to get an Epson bath today.

    Mr. Savannah is now on P3 and he lost 16.4 lbs in his round with his cheats the whole time. Itís his first day and while heís in there frying up hot Italian sausage and cheese eggs, Iím updating you ladies on the forum.

    Iím still sitting 5 lbs over goal. Iím tempted to do my first PI after reading about Karís success with it. Iím getting to the point that Iím getting tired and Iím thinking that it may renew my energy if donít inject the next few days and eat P3 for a week or week and a half and then resume P2 until goal.

    Question, if I decide to proceed, will I have to load again if I stay strict P3 during the break (planned interruption)?

    Just curious how others would proceed. Iíve already mixed (about 7 days ago) my bottle so thereís that too. If I do a PI, I will draw up my syringes and freeze them so it stays fresh. Today is VLCD 24 and Iíve taken 27 injections due to a three day load. Iím currently down 17.5 lbs from load and 14.8 from starting weight.

    Savannah, I wouldn't say I had success with a PI. Maybe you're thinking of someone else. Mine was a colossal waste of time in my view!

    Youíre right. I just read up and it was rkthin.

    Maybe Iíll inject through Saturday and reach my 30th injection and still freeze the rest. I can end there or finish the round a couple weeks later if I think I REALLY need to drop the last few pounds.

    I donít know. Iím pretty indecisive right now. Iím so close that part of me wants to power through and the other part of me if afraid to screw up my otherwise great round because Iím not taking a break...
