    Good Morning Lovelies,

So happy to read That everybody is doing well and losing well! Yes, I also am puzzled as to why the forum is so quiet. However, it is easier to keep up with everyone who does participate. But like Pearly, I miss the regulars. Personally, I find so much comfort from being a part of this group and having your support. I think the lurkers are missing out, but that’s their choice and that’s OK. Hopefully they know that they can join in at any time. I do notice that there are a lot of “guests “on the forum. I think people just don’t post because they do not understand how wonderful it is to have the support and feedback.

Also, has anyone tried the homeopathic hCG? That is what I use. I use the “intermountain homeopathic hCG pellets”. They usually have special pricing or some sort of deal. I think I got them buy one get one free and another time 20% off so it ends up being like $35 a bottle at the most and usually a bottle and a half Will last a whole round. Also, pellets can be stored in the refrigerator and used on a future round unlike drops which must be used up once opened. I have always gotten great results with the homeopathic pellets. And it is way more cost effective than real HCG.

I miss the old people but I am so grateful that you all are still here! I also Miss dear Christy, her kindness and spunky humor.

AFM: I had Sashimi on a salad yesterday ( with a great spicy dressing ) and whenever I do that I go up a pound temporarily. I wonder what that means? I think it is the salt or something but I wonder if I am sensitive to something since it always happens. So needless to say I am up a pound today. I will try to cut back a little bit and try not to stress about it. P3 is being much easier than the past. I am staying within my window and I am eating a lot. Dad is coming home from the Care Center tomorrow so hopefully my life will get better. At least I will not have to do so much driving in the late evening. Pearly, I wish I had sisters. You are so lucky.

    Happy Friday!
Hope everyone has a fun weekend!
    Fondly,
    RK

RK - I've always used Hhcg, but have switched companies a few times as availability has changed a lot over the years. This is my first round using drops from Intermountain. So far I've had no hunger, but it's only VLCD3 for me. I hope they work!

Well, some days I apparently come here to pout.

How can I weigh the EXACT same again, when my clothes fit better and my measuring tape says I am down? Gripe. Grumble. Pout.

Dang old TESS. That stands for The Evil STOOPID Scale, and I'm the one that added the STOOPID a long time ago, but maybe it should be STINGY. I suggested STOOPID because she is so dense. And bad at subtraction (like when she subtracts XX.8 - XX.2 and gets .4!) I even changed the batteries. I was a little stiff yesterday, but today I'm fine so I EXPECTED BETTER!

    Pout. Lower lip waaaaaay out.

    Onward!

Ive never done homeopathic. i had a friend try some drops fram walmart once and she said she had terrible headaches. i'd just rather spend the money to get an rx. That way I have no question about what im putting in my body.

that being said... many people seem to have success with hhcg ...

1). I have my 3 vials of prec. Hcg 5000mg
2). I have my saline solution
3). Help... I can not remember how much saline to add to each vial.
And cannot remember how many drops under tongue 2x a day
And when to place the drops (1 time as I wake up) (2nd time ???? )

    TGIF all of you lovelies!

I had a dose of reality yesterday as I was driving home. I was trying to figure out where the nearest Trader Joe's was along my route so I could pick up some hwc and suddenly realized that I'm starting my next P2 in two weeks, so will not Need hwc for the next couple of months. I have enough to get me by until then. Yikes, and why did I buy avocados and cashews??? Those will not be on the list for a while either. Guess I'll just have to eat the rest of those avocados before and during loading! I guess I don't have to restock my wine either... (Good idea Rosey!)

So, I'll be right there with ya'll in a couple of weeks! Good news is that I'm still 1 lb below my last LDW as of this morning, even with 4 days of eating whatever and no scale while on the road. I even had a Costco hotdog yesterday.

BTW, our Costco (an hour from our house) was completely OUT of all paper goods. TP, paper towels, Kleenex, etc. They removed the entire section, including bottled water. It was weird seeing this big empty space in the middle of the dog food department.

Lou! Don't panic. They may just be rearranging. Our Costco moved all the bread from the front to the back, and the coffee and chips to the other side. Took me a month to find everything again. Bleh.
Congrats on holding your weight between rounds!

    On a Mission!
I've never mixed drops. Click on the FORUM tab and there are a lot of previous threads pinned to the top. There is a lot of info there. I always use Leeza's mixing thread when I mix. I'm sure you can find help there.
If not, use the SEARCH box at the top of the page in the blue box at the end of the tabs. Try typing in Mixing hcg drops or Mixing RX hcg drops. I bet you find what you need.
    Sorry I can't help!
