    Cool LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - MOTIVATED in MAY!!!!

    Hello to all of the Lovely Losers out there from Coco. This is your thread for MAY 2020.

    This joyful and jubilant group of HCGíers have been starting new threads every month for years to prevent people from having to sort through literally thousands of old posts, and making it easier for new people to join in.

    Please note as you read through the posts:

    Day 12 P3 142.6 Pretty much staying same. Eating about 1200-1300 cal per day so far Might bump otmup last 10 days to about 1500:

    Hi Rose,

    Sounds like your having a wonderful P3. Are you doing anything different this time from past rounds i.e. lower calories to start and ramping up gradually etc.?

    Down 1.2 pounds this morning to 156! So glad! Maybe I'll make it to the 140's after all!

    Good morning lovelies. Just a quick check in.

    Today is day 10 of P3. I weighed in right at 143 (1.6 under LIW). Plan on using the smoker today. I love spring!

    Yes i did start ramping calories up more slowly as i wasnt very hungry.... appetite coming back a little Yesterday i had most calories of this round as i added almond butter mused with cocoa and stevia Todai was up a lb but still under LIW Not sure if almond butter or just water fluctuating Today also had almond butter cocoa snack so if it is up tomorrow i will know it is almond butter. I am doing well and just grateful for all going well

    I forgot to post yesterday. Woke up to a 2.4 pound loss!! I was in disbelief. Was down to 153.6 yesterday, but back up 1 pound today. I figured that would happen. The 2.4 pound loss didn't make any sense to me lol.
    CW: 154.6
    I have 1 week until P3!! I really want to be 149 by then.

    Day 14 P3 143.0 -1.2 from LIW Must be ok with almond butter as scale was back down again and i finished some almond cocoa crack and cheese without issue One more week for P3 but i like my eating choices on P3 so probably will not make major changes going in to P4 Occasional added starchy veggies... will play by ear so to speak

    Also, I just wanted to post for those who wonder about dosing. I was struggling with hunger a few days last week, which had not been the case this whole round. I started at 125 iu, but I reduced it to 120 iu and that seems to have worked. Idk if it's because I've lost weight, but the dose sometimes needs to be less to be more effective.

    Good morning lovelies!

    Leves, wow! A 2.4 lb drop at the end of your round is great! It looks like you will be very close to your goal by the end of your P2. If not, thereís a chance you may lose a couple in your 21 day P3.

    RoseL, almost at the end. Iím glad you can continue eating nut butter. I agree about P4. I donít change it too much either with the exception of occasional treats. This is bad, but Iíd love some tacos with the corn tortilla or a Taco Bell Burrito Supreme. I will probably indulge in one or the other in the first week of P4. We shall see. I havenít felt deprived at all in P3 so...

    AFM, I had a drop of a lb yesterday? That puts me at 142. Yesterday, I had smoked tri tip and grilled portobello mushrooms for my morning meal that satisfied me all day until I had taco salad (lettuce, cheese, homemade salsa, grilled carne asada, cilantro, and onion). I just ate to hunger. Iím 2.6 under LIW on day 12 of P3. Apparently, I need to keep an eye on that so I donít drop too much as Iím trying to stabilize. My highest P3 weight was 144.8 this P3 on my second day of the phase so I do feel like Iíve done a good job stabilizing. I just may set my weight towards the bottom, or just under my 2lb window. I will be trying to keep it within the window, but donít want to throw in a bunch of cheats to keep it that way. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish this? Has anyone set their weight under their window and still had good stability in P4?

    Savannah, its ok to go a little below your window in P3 as long as you are eating to satisfaction. Your body will figure it out, and most of the time will swing you back up a bit. If not, then you win. ^_^/

    Today is day 13 P3. I woke up at 2 am and couldnít sleep, so I scrambled some eggs with cheese before going back to sleep or weighing in this morning. With that said, Iím back to 143 (-1.6 from LIW).
