    Where has everyone been?
I was just wondering the same thing. Maybe they're all practicing electronic social distancing... OK, I can't take credit for that one - I think it was Kar.

Happy - May the 4th be with you! (Just say it out loud if you haven't heard that one before...)

Savannah & RoseL - Sounds like P3 is going very well for you both!

Levesquem - Welcome and great start on your round!

Everyone else - time for a check in. We know you're all staying at home...

AFM: Took a break from TV and computer for the weekend. Needed some "normal" time without all the current news distractions. Sorry Lovelies, I took a break from here too. Weight has stayed the same with one pound under and over LDW. Feeling pretty stable.

    Have a great week everyone!

    HI Lovelies,

I had a tough week last week with internet issues, computer issues leading to just feeling issues! ha ha. I am back. I slept and relaxed Sunday, which I really need. My parents in March developed suddenly into a full time job and I have just tried to adjust to that.

I am still in P4 and 1 pound over my LDW. I would like to drop the 3 pounds and get back to 128, my favorite weight, but for right now I am focused on increasing my activity level, keeping my legendary RK cool and good humor (which just between us has been an internal struggle lately), and hanging in there. I feel better today. I am signing up the kids to do more. Even my out of town daughter, I am having her call her grandparents 3 times a week to see how they are.

I am also trying some fast metabolism diet days with my younger daughter, just to fix any lingering carb sensitivity. I am just not up to calorie deficit right now, just trying to maintain this week and increase my exercise.

Glad to read everyone is doing well.

    Fondly,
    RK

Really great to hear how well everyone is stabilizing in P3... a cpl years ago everyone was struggling with P3... it is not usually issue for me but some do have problems and i always think big gains are prob just overdoing nits or cheese

This is day 15 P3 142.8 so still under liw About -1.4 but it does vary ... i just mentally keep track of calories in P3 just ro make sure i am eating enough I am eating to satisfaction, Roughly 1240-1350 cal per day

Sounds like everyone is doing great! Good job!

I have a few days left in P3 and have a question about transitioning to P4. For 6 days I held steady with weight only moving 0.2 lbs up or down (and average 1.2 below LDW). But this morning I was -1.6lbs, which is about -2.8 from LDW. So my question is - at what point do I consider myself stabilized? I am assuming I should be at least 1 week with no movement in weight before transitioning to P4? Or is that not possible? Please let me know what you do/ what has worked best for you?

Thanks and have a great day!!!

Great job everyone!! Sorry, I can't help you with your question, T. I'm not sure what you should do. If it were me, I would move into P4 anyway. Just take it slowly. I woke up to a .2 gain yesterday to 153.2, which was fine since I had such a large loss the day before. This morning, I'm down 1 lb. To 152.2. I am so close to my first goal of 149!! I haven't seen numbers this low in YEARS!

    Good morning!

    Welcome levesquem/ Michelle.
TGuch, I am not sure how to answer you. I would post a question for Leez. I have to ask what caused your gain? I would first do a steak day or a correction day to get back down. Also, once you figure out if the gain was due to something you were sensitive to it will help figure out What to do next. Sorry I don’t have more info....

LinderLou glad to read you are maintaining well! That is so very inspiring.

AFM Mexican food and celebration Yesterday was Not a good plan for me. I am up!!!!!
So, I need to eliminate so many treats and think about today as a correction day. I am thinking an egg day. Do you ever reach a point where correction days don’t seem to work and you gain it back the following day? I am planning to follow it up with some clean eating days....

    Take care everyone!
    Fondly,
    RK

    Hello everyone!

I am loving the super positive and supportive energy here.

I am in day 2 of the loading phase and I canít wait to get to P2, all this food has nipped any cravings I had food wise lol.

As I read through the thread I got a clear picture of the attitude I must maintain while I go through this journey. Positivity will in the day, thanks for the great example and I look forward to getting to know you all.

    All the best!
