    I'm nervous about my adrenals. I got a call around 5 pm yesterday that my grandfather's health was declining and he passed at 10 pm without a goodbye. I missed dinner and I'm really hurting.     Leves, RK, and LinderLou, thank you ladies for the hugs and kindness.

    I'm officially into P4 today and I'm 2 lbs under LIW with some significant water retention. I overdid the salt last night and my shoulder has flaired back up. Today, I'm taking it easy and watching Mr. Savannah do chores. TRI tip and jalapenos poppers are on the menu for today and Breaking Bad on Netflix later.

    So, I'm up close to 2 lbs over liw, but I'm not too concerned. TOM has arrived and I usually gain about 4 lbs during that time, so I don't see it as a big deal, since I've followed protocol. Today is day 1 of P3. I intended on having buttery (well, ghee) eggs for breakfast, but I had some pork rinds with buffalo chicken dip (homemade) and I was too full to eat eggs! Before HCG , I would have eaten the eggs anyway and been miserable. Anyway,
    I will continue to post and update. Cheers to P3!! 🥂

    Savannah, I love how when you are doing an eating program like this, you can identify how every food effects you. Like you just know the salt causes your shoulder to flare up.

    I am at LIW today.

    Leves, I had pork skins when I watched Netflix last night. That sodium can get me too. I had some drinks to welcome P4 yesterday. Has anyone tried the Lemonade Truly flavors? They are so yummy and not horrible in nutrition when it comes to drinking alcohol. The only problem is they can be hard to find because they are always out of stock. Well, I had some yesterday and may again today. LOVELY LOSERS 2020 - MOTIVATED in MAY!!!!

    Up a tiny bit more today. I have a terribly shin splints and have been taking ibuprofen. That has always made me retain water. Coupled with TOM, I'm now up to 151.2... UGH!!! That's 2.4 lbs over LIW. I hate that the number is up, but I don't feel like it's "weight gain" per se, I'm certain it's just water. I did make a mistake yesterday and had 2 hamburger patties. My stomach was so upset!! After so long with very little fat, that was just too much. I learned a tough lesson lol. If my weight doesn't drop a little tomorrow, I may do a correction day, I just hate to do something so extreme when I really feel like I know what it's from. We'll see.

    Hello lovelies. Happy Saturday.

    Not much new to report from here. Taking a little break from cleaning to catch up with you all. Sounds like everyone has a handle on their situation and is doing well. I had a hankering for eggs Benedict yesterday after I got home from shopping. Now I need to figure out how bad hollandaise is diet-wise and figure out where to get some. I skip the muffin and just build it directly on my plate. Maybe Sunday brunch..... hmmmm....

    I think reality just set in that next weekend is Memorial Day. Typically our first boating weekend. Not this year as we are all still under stay at home orders. I'm hoping that by July 4th we might be able to have some visitors... maybe we will just make that into a 4 day weekend.

    I'm back down just a bit. I'm 0.6 under LIW.

    Today is my 3rd day of P4 and Mr. Savannah is now P4 today. We decided to put sweet corn on the cob on the menu today. I think I will wait longer for flour.
