    So, my 16 year old had been begging to bake a recipe she found. She made homemade garlic knots last night while we also had smoked meat and the white corn on the cob. She begged me to try them and I had two. Today, I'm 0.2 over LIW.

    LindaLou, didn't they open the lakes (Don Pedro and New Malones) for boating? I thought they just have day use and camping up here still closed... I've been wanting to get up to hike in the forest, but have no idea where I'd park my car.

    Hey ladies need advise! Im on day 21 of phase 2. My birthday is this sunday and my husband is taking me to do ziplining, rock climbing, obstacle course type of day. Whats the best way to get thro this without ruining my diet too much? Would i be ok just eating alittle more protein? Stop taking my pills for couple days, switch to p3 and then jump back to p2 after sunday? So like a mini cycle..

    I'd stop your pills and do a planned interruption. You basically transition to P3, eat P3, and get back on in less than two weeks to avoid another load. I did one around Easter and wrote about it in both April boards. I had great success.

    Checking in P4 after one week still doing well 140.2 4 lbs under LIW Happy that i finally got to 140 ecen if for a day My weight two years ago ranged between 136-138 in P4 but if i getbthere i will be fine . If not, i am happy where i am. Feeling so much better, Had Jamaican curry chicken and brown sauce with veggies and cabbage, I told them no rice or plantains but i knowmthey have a few potatoes in their sauce, It was yummy

    Hi lovelies! Yesterday, I had leftovers for lunch and we made pizza at home with cauliflower crust and I'm back down to 0.6 under LIW. Today is raining here so laundry and Netflix.

    Have some extra large artichokes and a chili rellano casserole recipe that I'm going to try with almond flower tonight for dinner.

    Yes, they both opened to Day Use. They are still asking "non-locals" to not travel to our county though. We typically have friends visit for the long weekend from the Bay Area. I'm thinking that we don't want to risk being exposed by our friends. None of them have been sick, but several of them work in essential jobs (hospitals, grocery stores) so we are planning to just invite a couple of locals to come boating with us and just have a kicked back weekend. Hoping it warms up a bit before the weekend too.

    They've got hiking trails around the lake too. Plenty of parking since there are no campers

    Good Morning Lovelies,

    I had a medical issue which needed steroids. I am on the mend now, but 1.6 over my LIW. This makes me very unhappy, surprisingly so which may be a part of feeling under the weather.I am going to wait until I get off steroids in 2 days because I don't think the scale will move until I do? But I am not sure. Has anyone else been on steroids and did it make you gain weight? Did you lose after you went off? Or did you lose weight while on steroids?

    Hope everyone is doing great. I will be reading back tonight to catch up.
