    Good Morning Lovelies,

    I am finally feeling better! Today is an egg day for me, or maybe a steak day with ground beef. I think those steroids Really affected me and now I am up Outside of my window! But good news I am back on the wagon and here to stay. I am not sure how much is water weight and how much is 10 days of having to be really sedentary And being in pain, but I am going to stop the upward trend now, and try not to panic to much.

    How is everyone?

    Natalie: Welcome back! So sorry to hear about your MS. I know you can do this! I find every round is a learning process. This time I have really kept the weight off except for this 10 days ha ha. But I look at this as a temporary glitch. Natalie I will look for your thread about how to distract from emotional eating. I felt myself slipping mentally last week, so I need to realign my thinking.

    Rose: so great to see your progress! Yes, I find that eating properly also keeps my cravings under control.

    SK1771: Welcome! This is a great group. However, I would also suggest “Leez’s loaders”. The reason is you get a lot of personalized coaching from Lee’s, and a group of people will soon join all doing P2 and you don’t have to see some Temptations or P3 things posted here. I Get it. Some days you just can’t see or hear about people in other phases. I did a round there and I thought it was fantastic support. LinderLou was on that thread at the time and it was really fun. I don’t know if this will help you, but I have to say that changing what is a treat to me has helped. Taking a nice bath, congratulating myself after a workout session, learning to enjoy being more active, celebrating prepping healthy food, whatever you can do to shove yourself into a different healthy lifestyle is the way to go.

    Ok, so I had dinner with family for the first time in months. Saturday, Sunday and Monday cake, corn chips and alcohol all 3 days. I'm out of town, so I had to buy a scale. I just weighed and I'm 6 lbs over my LIW!! I can't say I'm surprised. I could tell I was over, but I've stayed on protocol otherwise. I didn't do it out of losing control. I kinda just let myself give in so I could have fun with the fam. I didn't gorge or binge, just partook. I don't feel bad or even upset, just need to correct it. I'm going to do an egg day today and maybe a steak day tomorrow. I definitely want to get this off. I have 1 more week of P3 and I will end closer to my LIW.

    Savannah - How was the hike? Such beautiful weather this weekend!

    RK - Glad you're off the steroids. Everything else will self correct in time.

    Leves - Sounds like a fun time with your family. Wishing you much success on your egg/steak days. Just good, clean P3 eating does wonders as well.

    SK - Welcome aboard! I will echo everyone else in that this is a very mental protocol. Keep coming to the forums for support and advise. It will help you through it. If you're having cravings, come on here and read some of the old threads. It helps. Once you start seeing the scale drop, it will just reinforce your decision to do this. It really is a life changer, and for me, the Only way I can lose weight and keep it off.

    Natalie - Good to "see" you. So sorry about the job situation and MS. You sound very positive though and I'm sure your round will be a great success.

    RoseL - You are still doing great! We're working our way through stuff that's been in the freezer for a while too. LOL. Sometimes it ends up with some crazy dinner menus.

    Anyone I missed, keep up the good work!

    AFM: We had a nice 3 day weekend. Weather was perfect and company was very nice. My phone charger decided to take a break also, so I had a couple of days of being totally offline. It was a nice change also. No news, no distractions, just some good music. I did miss you guys though... Didn't have a scale over the weekend, but even with some treats **P2 folks, skip this part**(we had grilled cheese sandwiches one day, and eggs benedict another...) I ended up being down 0.2 from Friday. A nice bonus to a nice weekend.

    Just an update. Thanks LinderLou. Trying not to Panic about the weight. I’m going to do a steak day with some ground beef, I am not really hungry today, ( probably my anxiety helping?) so it will be easier to do. OR Maybe I am going back to normal as I am not Ravenously hungry? Fingers crossed! I think those steroids really got me whooped up and hungry. Glad to be off them, I won’t go back on them unless really really needed, and even then....

    RoseL, your discipline and stability it quite impressive. You motivate me.

    LinderLou, it was a beautiful day out. I caught my first trout of the year and hiked back behind the ďditchĒ in Twain Harte. We had a great time and a nice meal after.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend food and alcohol-wise. I didnít restrict myself on any food groups. Even had pizza delivered Monday night. I ate to satisfaction and Iím 0.4 lbs over my LIW today. Today, I am cleaning my diet back up quite a bit. Grilled veggies and smoked meat is on the menu with some spiked beverages.

    Just a quick check in. Good to see yíall here and thanks for the kind words. This forum helps me to stay on track soooo much!

    VLCD 3: Down 2.6 from yesterday and 7.4 lbs total.

    I did get hungry this evening so my dose might need adjusting. Iíll skip tomorrow morning dose and see how i need to adjust. Iím also moody and depressed as all get out. I just feel like bawling my eyes out. I felt really good yesterday and today is crap. I donít know whatís going on. Too early for PMS. Ugh. Must power through. After doing Hcg for 9 years off and on and learning from this forum for that long, itís probably my dose thatís off and still detoxing.

    Hi Natalie,

    Thanks for your reply to my post. It looks like we both have about 70 pounds to lose. Or that is what I inferred from your post, We can do it! Today is the end of VLCD 2, I am so relieved I made it through the first low cal day yesterday and stayed the course today. That is always the hardest part of the protocol for me, day number one. I believe you are one day ahead of me. Are you doing a short round or long round? I am going for 40 days this round. I will reassess at day 30. I have not weighed yet. I've been here before and the scale can mess with my head and if I don't see a good loss I get frustrated and want to throw in the towel. Because I am familiar with HCG, I thought I would wait and have my first weigh in be around day 10 or 15. I'm sorry to hear you've been through so much recently. Sometimes HCG is just what we need to bring harmony back to our lives.

    Hi all! I'm back. Decided to jump in and see if I can't use the rest of this lost year to my advanatage. I have enough HCG for 3 rounds so we'll see if I can get back to healthy Loaded last 2 days and today is P2D1..aaagh! Day 2 of loading was horrible, I really had to force it all in, but hopefully it was good enough. I always do better when I have a good load.
    Natalie and SK, I'm right behind ya'll!
    I have to update my ticker but I would like to lose 60 pounds. I've been here before, but last time I had this much to lose was my 1st time on HCG in 2011. I know this works, so just have to keep on track

    Thanks ladies for the support!! I weighed this morning, and I'm down 2.4 lbs from my egg day!! Still 3.4 lbs over LIW, but I'll get back there. I have 5 days left of P3. I'm going to go buy some digestive enzymes today.

    Levesquem, your egg day went great!

    Hi everyone else. Hope all is well.

    My steak day was good. Down 2.8 pounds, now just 2.8 above my LIW. I hope to keep the loss by doing a lot of protein today. Then By next week ( I guess you have to wait 4 days) I will do another steak day and hope to drop back down....not sure if that will work, but will also be cutting out treats for a few days.

    If anybody has any ideas to get off a few more pounds, please chime in!

    Hope everyone is hanging in there! I feel a bit better today, still a dull headache from detox. Was going to skip my morning dose since i was a little hungry last night but i forgot. Will skip tomorrow if i get hungry today.
