Thread: Lovely Losers 2020 - NO NONSENSE in November!!

  1. #121
Hope everyone who celebrated had a good Thanksgiving! I am at exactly 2 pounds over LDW so happy I do not need to do a steak day. I had some new things thrown in one meal so expected a gain and hopefully, some of it is inflammation that will come down tomorrow, like from my 2 glasses of delicious wine.

If you let go, get back on track! Come here for support! Would love to hear how everyone is doing!
    Goal 150
    Start 188.8
    10/4/20 P2 Loss 20.8 pounds
    11/15/20 P3 LDW 168
    12/6/20 P4 Adjusted LDW to 169

    Second round 1/3/21

I checked and it is 50mg. It helps me with alcohol cravings and I am so grateful for that Lovely Losers 2020 - NO NONSENSE in November!!. I see that diet doc still sells hcg or at least they did. Iím considering another round to get back on track. The weight creep scares me and I hate it when I get to the ďeff itĒ phase. I need that structure.

Yes, DietDoc has arranged for a new supplier in compliance with the new laws, so they are still able to provide HCG.

Glad you are helped by the naltrexone. Its pretty amazing stuff.

Thank you, Leez. Naltrexone helps but working a program of recovery is key for me. Diet Doc is so expensive but I guess there arenít many options. I feel myself slipping with sugar and need to get back on track. I swear if I give a little I can tumble quickly so I prefer the strict protocol.

I feel you, Sister. Sugar is toxic and acts like a drug for many of us. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Helps me me more mindful of my tendencies, too. I fear my sugar dragon has reared its ugly head with fake sugars that are allowed on P3. I think we do have to be vigilant, especially when alcoholism is in our blood. I'm sure you probably know all about the sugar-alcohol connection.

Anyway, sending well wishes for the next phase of your journey. There are a bunch of us doing another round in January. Not sure when you're starting, but it'll be great to follow your progress.

I hear you about the cost factor. Whatever the new process is, it does seem to have made HCG more expensive. Colin Watson might be another option for obtaining HCG. One of the brands he offers is shipped from the US.

Thank you both!! I think January would be a great time to do another round. The holidays are just too hard. Been doing lots of fish and salads but I am on a sweet potato kick because they are like candy when you put cinnamon on them (did them twice in a week). I know what to do and just need to do it. Will check out Colin Watson.

Diet Doc is doing a sale but itís buy two get the third item free. Still $$$.

    Keep kicking booty, ladies!!

In SA HCG is more commonly available if you know shat you are looking for... also cannot count the number of so called diwt clinics operating was under the banner of HCG ... people hear about the fast losses Abuse p2 ... doing long rounds and follow their own protocol... and never stabilizing.... so maybe if if is a little more is expensive ... here it is a deterrent to those who are clueless...

Yip I think we will be full house in January

    Starbucks
One of my go-tos is to core an apple. Partly quarter it
Sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon... cover And microwave till soft... my usual winter after dinner treat on P2...works a charm... you could also consider a P3 friendly custard maybe
My summer treat is iced fruit sorbet lollies... i will share some recipes i make for myself in P2.... i have really small lolly molds and it feels extravagant to have 6 lollies as one fruit .... i actually have a few in the freezer at the moment

Now I am at 160 and need to fix it. Tomorrow is thanksgiving so I will wait until Friday to figure it out!
