I could be below goal! I mean, I am at goal now for this round (wrote the above before weighing!). But getting lower may be a problem for my next round as I don't want to go below 150 LOL (assuming I lose 20 pounds)

    P2 D37 -.6 total -18.8 average -.5

Stopping in quickly to say Iím so over TOM. I started hcg during the end of my cycle and now Iíve had three periods since starting. Ugh. I know itís a hormonal diet but man. B12 shot today so hoping energy will get better.
Iíve missed so many injections. I have a total of 12 left. Checked today. Haha. So Iím excited because Iíll be starting p3 in a couple weeks. Works good for me. Just canít get busy and forget an injection again!
My jeans are all getting really loose. Down 2 pants sizes so far which is really nice. Fitting shirts better too. Love the non scale victories.
Now Iím off to stop my son from destroying the house. He decided itís his canvas and has coloured walls and furniture. Ugh. He hides crayons in his hand and walks around and slyly leaves marks every where. Where did he learn this behaviour? Ugh. Oh well. I was 1000 times more active at his age. Gotta love 2 year olds.
He has a sharpie. Gotta go.

Good morning all, today is vlcd12 for me so halfway done with my round. My weight has been stubborn this week, 166.4, 166.7, 166.0 back to 166.4. I'm really hoping tomorrow I drop those little decimals and see a new lower number. I am grateful to be in what I consider the mid-160s and not in the high 180s like my first round of HCG, but I am still not to a point where I feel good in my clothing or when I look in the mirror, which is sad. People can tell you to love yourself all they want, it is hard.

Yeah, I know how that feels! I have to feel it too. Doesn't matter what people tell me.

I have gone up and down way more than that and everything turned out fine! Don'tsweat it. Stay the POP course and it will even out.

    Good Morning Lovelies,

I am also just coming out of a plateau. I did not lose any weight for days 6-10, such an awful feeling, and I actually went UP 2 pounds Day 8--I think I had no sugar added plain tomato sauce and that was baaaad. Today I am down 2 pounds. So hang in there Emily and everyone. It will fall off.

I am sure my weight loss would have been more today but I injured my back yesterday pushing my 92 year old dad in a wheelchair. (He usually walks but had a fall Saturday so I had to take him to the Dr yesterday and will take him to a specialist today, because his skinned up leg looks infected despite excellent care. So I took some Naprosyn last night and that made today not-so-great bathroom wise, but pain gone...

Hope everyone has a great day, and the woosh fairy comes.

    Best Wishes,

Wow, that is a long time indeed! Glad you are down!!! Hope your back feels better soon! It is interesting to note perhaps that your weightloss came after taking an inflammatory. You may be more sensitive to tomato than you thought! That, or there is something else as well.

    Good Morning Lovelies,

I am back to steady losses. I am enjoying coffee and green tea in the mornings. I find the grammy inflammation smoothie to be a good mid-morning energy booster. I just count that as my lunch veggie.

My back is better. I was very careful when I took dad to the doctor Wednesday and that helped. I am walking and doing my back stretches. Funny-- the day I hit 10,000 steps was the day I went up in weight!Today I am going to try to walk more, and doing housework at a quicker pace (I am usually quite slow, so this really helps me. I put on fast paced music) which is a good activity but if I go up in weight with the additional walking I will report that. Not going to do too much with the baby ing the back.

Emily and Mrs. Strong how are you guys doing? How are your round going? Mrs. Strong are you transitioning to P3 now? Exciting that you may be below goal!

Please think about that the number on the scale is just a number, not a character assessment. Learning to love ourselves and be a KIND best friend to ourselves is part of the journey. Weight is just one aspect, and if you think about it, many men go to the beach with hairy legs and backs, big bellys and they are fine, and really love themselves. That is a great thing! It's a society thing that women feel bad about their appearance, so don't give in to that.

Maggie, Glad that you are doing well and looking forward to P3.

    Flo and Miss M Hello!

    Have a great weekend.
    Warmly,

Yay, glad you are dropping again!
I do experience a gain or no loss on many days that I am more active. Our bodies hold on to water I think. It is just normal temporary muscle inflammation! Pain is also inflammation and the body holds water. We are funny beings, but this is why there is a cushion of two pounds up. It is to account for that fluctuation.

I am starting P3 Sunday! Can't wait! I really need to keep my mind in P2 till then though! Have a good weekend!
    Goal 150
    Start 188.8
    10/4/20 P2 Loss 20.8 pounds
    11/15/20 P3 LDW 168
    12/6/20 P4 Adjusted LDW to 169

    Second round 1/3/21

    Good morning,

Doing good, this morning I am at 163.8, which is a two pound drop from two days ago when I was happy to finally break to 165. I know weight is just a number and when I'm being active and know I am living a healthier lifestyle I don't focus on it. But when I get to a certain weight I know it's a result of bad decisions that I feel negatively about.

Things are going well this round though, I am happy with my progress. I am on VLCD15 and have 6 more injections and 9 more low calorie days. I tell myself it'll fly by and after having such a long round in August/September following the diet feels like second nature.

Hope everyone is doing well! I spending time this weekend downsizing my clothing collection so I am trying everything on. Painful!
