Welcome back! Good loss on day 1! I think there are a few of you in P2, and 3 of us who moved to P3. We are keeping logs/journals to stay accountable because I think we all felt a little lost in P3 before. Just FYI if you want to read and prepare or have support when you get there!

Almost done my injections. Soooo looking forward to p3. My period finally ended and I gained a pound. Then it took a couple days to drop it. And then no losses. So currently sitting at the same weight I was last week.
It messes with the mind. But I keep thinking “trust the process”. Haha.
Realized I’m not drinking enough water.... ugh. Mentally done with this p2.

It sure does mess with our minds! Fingers crossed the last days bring a drop for you!
Drinking, yes, so important!! Those fat cells need to replace the fat with water before they let go. Something like that.

Welcome back - and yes great day 1 loss...

I am just very concerned for you starting now and setting yourself up for a repeat of not stabilizing and ending up with a vicious circle...
There are only 39 days left till Christmas.... That means at best you will be in P3 over Christmas...and add to that Thanksgiving also in the mix

Week 1 of P3 is the most crucial and by the looks of things, Christmas will be in your first or 2nd week of P3....
If it was me?.... It would not work, I know it, I know myself ....

And for you.... if you gained 20lbs in P3 then I do not think you will make it through Christmas without gaining
and remember the more rounds you do without stabilizing and following protocol... the more you chance it , you will eventually become immune to HCG...

The success of HCG rounds takes careful planning ... I try never ever to do a planned interruption either
I have already mapped out my schedule for Jan 2021 to make sure that nothing interferes....

I honestly do not want to burst your bubble with such a great loss on day one.... But maybe rather stick to a strict P3 Protocol instead and that will take you into P4 for Christmas.... The damage is done.... don't repeat it

Maybe Leez and/or Coco can shed add their opinions with their experience

Thanks for the feedback Flirtyflo. Thanksgiving and Xmas don’t do much for me regarding food/treats- it’s Halloween that’s the holiday that i love the most and indulge in. I do very well with PI’s so I’ll most likely do one around Xmas so I have a little flexibility then hop back in after NY. I’ve done successful rounds in the past with much diligence and determination. I’m confident I will have another successful round.
I’m also doing hhcg drops not the injections.

Again thanks for your advice. My bubble is definitely not burst

Correction: today is actually day 3 of p2. Headache last night yet feeling better today. Have my meals planned for the rest of the week. Feeling determined and positive!

Yay, you!

My headaches went away when I added electrolytes and used salt normally. Maybe a thought if you are not doing this already.

Good for you.... it is just at my end of the world Christmas falls in our main holiday season of the year so P2 would be impossible here...Us Saffers need our Traditional Christmass lunch followed bt Boxing day, new years eve, new years day and 3 close friends having birthdays in December Good Luck!

Ok girl...it is just the last hurdle.... pull out all the stops for this last stretch... I know it is asking a lot when you are not feeling well.... but you can do this!!
