Hope everyone is doing well today! My upward weight trend went back down today so I am sitting at 164.2. That puts me at an 8 lb loss for this short round and I'm not mad about it. I am hanging on to my bottle in case Thanksgiving week turns into more of a planned interuption instead of the first week of phase 3, but I am pretty much done this round. Looking forward to eating some savory foods, chicken breast has gotten pretty old.
Hi Natalie. Happy to see you on forum. I only check in once a week as i Dont contribute much. Still on P4: 139.4 a little less than 5 lbs below LIW At one time i was 7 lbs,under but last month i saw,creeping gains. I realize i was heavy on starches and had gradually increased my calories so this week i am keeping better track and only eating starchy things on weekend. So boring everyone since nothing new.

I’m sticking to protocol as much a possible. I had an extra apple yesterday because I was so hungry! I skipped my morning and afternoon dose and going to see how i feel after 4 PM so i know how to adjust. I’m using Intermountain hhcg drops which normally is 10 drops/3x but I feel that dosage isn’t right for me this round. We will see after 4 PM!
I get to go to the store for fresh produce and protein! I also get the Zevia sodas and La Criox for something bubbly now and then. They haven’t affected losses before.
I’m confident going through Thanksgiving on p2 because I don’t have plans and I’m okay with that. Thanksgiving isn’t a big deal. Now Christmas, I’ll be in p3 so that will be nice. I’m thinking bacon and avocado. Yum!

It’s 4:30. I’ve skipped my two doses today to see where I need to adjust. This morning up until 1-2 pm I wasn’t hungry. At 2 pm I had lunch and an apple. At about 3:30-4, I got hungry again like I’m thinking of what i can eat again, going through the contents of my pantry and fridge in my mind. I don’t know if I’m really hungry or just craving stuff. Not sure to go down or up with my hhcg dose. I have been taking 10/3x which is normal for me in other rounds.
Advice? Maybe Leez can help me here.

Strong craving can be a sign dose is off even if its not real hunger.
If the late afternoon hunger is that mild, you are probably pretty close to being on the right dose, but the indication is that if you adjust, it should be upward. It wouldn't hurt to try going up a bit. 10/3 is actually a moderately low dose, so it wouldn't be unusual to need more, even if it has been a good dose in other rounds.

Hey ladies....I got sloppy and though I’ve been staying away from carbs I have done a little sugar. I didn’t weigh every day and just stepped on the scale and was 260.8.
The last date I had written down was 11/10 and I was 154.4. My LDW was 153.8. I will do a steal tonight but I hate the fact that I can fluctuate so easily and quickly. I was stable for a while. I was down to 151 and maintained in my road trip. Is it possible to reign this in or do I need to do another round? I saw that diet doc still has hcg.
I made a test run pumpkin pie last night and ate a couple of slices. I also had a chocolate bar the other night and some pumpkin cheesecake. It’s like I opened Pandora’s box.
I do a 30-45 minute spin six days a week on my bike but I’m terrified that I’m going to just keep gainingI’m also losing hair and swear I’m going bald. I take vitamins and biotin so have no idea why it’s coming out!
I’m open to suggestions. It goes to show that the minute I drop my guard it can get out of hand quickly.
