    Hi Miss M...
That means we have, from what I deduct, is that there will be four at least the four of us to return in January for our ultimate goal weights

Me ... You.. Maggie... Mrs Strong.... don't know who else.... but anyone can pipe in and let's make sure this P3 is going to be the most successful ever for all of us!

Which will also be awesome that we can keep each other on the straight and narrow during P3 and P4 over Christmas, new year and for you guys also Thanksgiving... this is our major main holiday of the year with loads of eating and celebrating and enjoying life..

I like starting my P3 on a Saturday.... that way I may have do 3 extra shots so I can have my LIW on the Wednesday morning.... Usually my shots dictate when I stop, but I have a bit of an accident and spilled more than 2 weeks worth of shots.. so I am picking up a supply this evening to mix for my next two weeks... and hoping the balance of the mixed batch will stay good for January... but will do a pregnancy test before I start and fingers crossed....

Quick question .. how much is the burn on B12? thinking I will try to do B12 and see if the injection spots will be less inflamed....

YES!! LOVE this! So good to see this as a much longer-term process and that we will continue to support each other!

My birthday is also two days before (US) Thanksgiving this year, so it's a pile of holidays to get through. I'm really happy about the structure of this program and support of this forum to help me get through. Maybe even set some new habits in motion for holidays to come. I do just fine when I stay away from grains and sugar. Just need more practice and discipline doing so. Once I'm in the groove I don't really miss them anyway!

Sorry I don't know anything about B12 injections. Bummer about the spill, but sounds like you have a good plan, Yvonne!

8.2 pound loading weight is gone in three days, and it took another 1.4 with it. My last three days losses have been 3.4, 3.0, and 3.2 respectively. Wouldnít we all love it if our furst few days losses could continue the whole round! I usually donít see this big of losses the first week, but thanks to the fluid gain, I definitely did this time!

Current weight 233.6, and I am thrilled to say goodbye to 235, which has lit up on my scale nearly every day for 8 weeks! Onward and downward!

Yes! Y'all are stuck with me through Jan-Feb and looking forward to P3 in between, maybe P4. I appreciate the support so much!
My LDD is 11/9, P3 on 11/13 though I remember raising calories on the 3rd day because I got hungry.

Your plan of skipping the 3 maintenance shot sounds sensible, MissDivineM. With 40 shots you can have a 45 day round at most, right? And then you don't take them anymore. It reads really simple in the manual, and from being on the boards years ago I remember many saying that a lot of programs using HCG were deviating from protocol. I am not sure why they would do that. It's a bit frustrating to read about to me.

t1tghtwat, great job! Breaking plateaus feel sooooo good!

I am up today, boo. Probably my itty bitty tiny steak Or it could be from working out and not drinking enough water. Had a really busy day too. Feeling really pouty. Went from 181.2 to 182.4.
Also had some spotting today. Anyone else had that? I am 52 and been period free for well over a year.

Iím on vlcd 10. I started my load days as my period was finishing and Iíve been spotting since last week. Light period day yesterday. If I remember correctly last rounds I had a period about two weeks in. Silly hormones.

Yes, I think I'll actually have a total of 45 shots, so potentially a 47-day round, but I may or may not go beyond 40 days of shots. What makes sense?

FWIW I've had several days when my weight went up during P2 so far, but it's always dropped again. That's always how my weight moves when I'm trying to lose--up and down and up and down, and I do think hormones have had something to do with it. My period is due at any moment and I did have some spotting today, and I had another big drop today, just like I would have any other non-HCG month because of biological fluctuations (water and poop retention and release, tmi). But I'm 43, nearly 44, and still having normal periods. . . .

My mom was 60 when hers stopped. Iím 36 and never had regular periods till my doc put me in synthroid and metformin. I also got pregnant with our first the month after she did that. Iíve been on birth control now for a while and Iím regular with that.

To not do 3 maintenance shots in P3.
Still though, doing more than 40 shots is not protocol. I don't know. I'd be careful to do more, especially with future rounds in mind. I think there is a big difference between a doctor who worked on getting this protocol off the ground and examined all the pros and cons, and the doctors implementing all or part of it nowadays. I don't think they look at the plan the same way as Simeons did. Just being cautious.

    Thanks for the encouragement!

I try to stick to protocol. I admit to being tempted to going beyond the Simeon OP recommended 40 injections, but then I remind myself I would not lose much more because losses slow down so much after that many weeks, and it is not worth the risk of messing up the HUGE benefits of working the protocol properly. HCG is about so much more than just losing weight!

With my skip days, I end up with approximately a 45 day round, and by then I am drooling for P3 foods!

Any hcg during Maintenance will likely cause gains, and may also cause you to have issues trying to lose with it down the road. From personal experience, eating off protocol with hcg in your system causes gains... Also, I am fairly confident that doing so repeatedly on multiple failed hhcg rounds is the reason those drops no longer work for me. I am now doing injections and love it!
