my LIW will be Oct. 30 and I will begin P3 Monday, Nov. 2. How does that compare to others of you on similar timetables?
My LIW is supposed to be 1 November but sundays is my skip day, and I like starting P3 on a Saturday so I am taking 3 extra shots and will finish on Wednesday 4 November
P3 till28 November but it I am not stable I will continue for another week as I have the leeway
P4 then for either 4 or 5 weeks
I will load either 2/3 or 3/4 Jan We usually have a staff meeting on the first day of the year with Lunch.. but will ply it by ear....
    So that is my calendar

Why don't you make one at home with sweetener and a low GI Crust .... you need to get it out your system before you break down and succumb to the weakness!

Ok ladies... yesterday was a crazy day at work (7th in a row)
so I succummed and had not one but two whiskys..... Boy I needed that!
Because of the calories I had to forfeit my dinner.... and 1 fruit....

So even though I finally had that nice drop I will wait for the sting in the tail tomorrow....

Down 1kg/2.2lbs.... sitting at 183.7 Daily average down to .67

PPS....This is our forever after.. we need to make new habits limiting starches and sugars,,,,
Last year at Christmas time I even made vegetable pickle and jams with sweetener.... I still just need to figure out the ratio of liquid stevia to sugar..... because Christmas is coming... and that is when I go baking mad!
Please do send a pic of the pie and let us know how it goes...

My baking days may be over. It's not my favorite anyway!

Weight dropped again this morning: 154.4. I suspect it has to do with having my period and finally releasing what my body was holding onto. It happens every month. But that means I have reached and surpassed my initial goal of 155--and I'm going to keep going!!

I've been feeling sick since Sunday and went for a COVID test this week just to be safe . . . and it came back positive. So far my symptoms are manageable, though. Fingers crossed it passes quickly and that I didn't pass it on to anyone else. . . .

So sorry to hear!... I was sick a while back and had very back body aches and could hardly get out of bed was so tired but I just attributed it to my allergies and sinuses.... a week or so later I had to test because I was in contact with someone who tested positive... But I tested negative..... so I have a feeling that I may actually have had it in a milder form.... Just take care of yourself!

Looking at my last round's weight diary, if it was graphed it would be going down but in a super zig zaggy fashion.

Oh no! Well wishes, DivineMissM! I hope you have a mild case.
But congratulations on getting below goal! That is so awesome!
I am totally into keto baking for treats. Some are really good!

Back on the downwards trend for me but still above the weight before the gain. I am so frustrated. I will blame the steak which really bums me. 181.6 today. I have however not used the bathroom for two days now so I could detract .2 and play mind games. LOL
Worked out yesterday and it was the first time I felt weak. Hopefully, that was just a fluke. I hope to keep it up. I think I ended up needing to take conditioning a little slower and weights a little lower. Yesterday I got dizzy though and I did not drink my electrolytes beforehand. Lesson learned.
    Have a good day/night everyone!

I stick to keto desserts and love them! Low carb. I posted a low carb pumpkin pie recipe earlier too: https://againstallgrain.com/2011/11/...e-pumpkin-pie/
I skip the sweetener in the crust and use 1/3 cup of Swerve instead of honey in the filling. So good.
