    I am very much where you are goal wise.... with my January round I will be as strict as now... but I will let m body dictate where I stop.... age wise I do not want to look scrawny and let my skin jiggle all over... i would say my aim would be 149-158....

    Maggie...sorry to hear about the little ones struggles.... Strangely I was also a lazy chewer at a young kid... to a degree I still am... but I love a nice steak now.... he will grow into his foods as he hea and as his surgery scars settle... but good on you for trying him on different foods... ever tried him on Avocado pears... they say it is an acquired taste but some small kids love it!

    Morning, all. Another drop on the scale this morning, down to 150.6, that's nearly 20 pounds down since loading weight. Very pleased with that--and the fact that nearly all my smallest clothes fit again. HCG is showing me something I previously thought impossible.

    Well crap!! I had a Lily’s chocolate bar (1/2) and was up 1.2 unless it’s from something else. So now I’m at 154.4 and I’m not happy. Nine days ago I was at 150.2. I’ll do a steak day today but I don’t like the jump. I was comfortable during P3 at 151 ish the entire time Lovely Losers 2020 - OBTAINING in October!!
    As for picky eaters, definitely keep trying. I wish I had tried harder with my 17 year old!! I gave up long ago and he has a limited diet. Texture issues and he’s not autistic (had him evaluated twice) but I am certain he has SPD and texture is a huge deal for him. Wish I had done more when he was younger. Good luck!

    I totally screwed up and ate rice with my Lebanese meal. I am with new coworkers and didn’t want to be all weird. I’m in P4 but am already up so tomorrow will suck. Frustrated!!!

    Seriously?? Phew!!! I am totally obsessing and I hate this about myself. I panic and worry and then things usually work out and level out. The entire P3 I was 151 within the lb. thanks for putting my mind at ease.

    I’m excited about my new team at work and am so ready for this transition. I have to admit the food was incredible and I ate all of it. I will report back in the morning to see what my body did.

    A jump is often just inflammation and it will come off with a steak day. After the steak day go over what you ate. I like keeping a food log for that reason. At some point you see patterns of gains after certain foods and those you can then avoid or use sparingly. On P3 and P4 I take three days on new food to make sure it is good to go. I have found that sometimes the gain is not the next day but the second day!

    MrsStrong I totally agree with you...The sting-in-the-tail effect!

    But I also believe that we start out losing good and then we expect the downward trend and we chastise ourselves for a gain or a no loss... and it is just our bodies adjusting... Fair enough P3 and P4 can be daunting and that is why I am going to recorded my losses in my signature as I do on P2.... I really want to do P3 well this time around... I have no excuses ..The timing is perfect...yes Christmas can be a stumbling block but one day at a time.....and the incentive will be to start Round two with a perfect Stabilization.....

    Morning all...
    No movement on the scale today....(and otherwise!) but I shall breathe and not beat myself up....
    Be kind to myself, focus and trust the process.... it will all fall into place

    For all of us going into P3 and P4 and starting a new round in January...
    I started a thread in the P3 group so we can start sharing our plans going forward into P3 and P4....
    Share your plans, your tips and questions so we go into it with our eyes wide open and prepared...
    it is not about missing foods...I am truly blessed on this round... no hunger and no cravings so I am happy with P2 foods

    I think each of us will set up a plan to fit into our lifestyles to avoid stumbling blocks and it will be interesting to compare the different approaches....
