Fair enough P3 and P4 can be daunting and that is why I am going to recorded my losses in my signature as I do on P2.... I really want to do P3 well this time around... As always, very much appreciating your individual and collective wisdom and experience. Just went over and posted in the new P3 thread as well--thanks for doing that, @FlirtyFlo!

Weight today is the same as yesterday, and that seems to be how my body works. It maintains or gains a little over a couple days and then there's a drop. It's really good information for me to have going forward!

I'm continuing to feel better every day and continuing to rest. Tomorrow my COVID quarantine lifts, and I'll be so grateful to replenish my fruits and veggies! I've been making due with cabbage and little old apples for days now. Some fresh fennel, grapefruit, and strawberries will taste nothing less than divine. But having little appetite and sense of smell has made all of this easier in many ways. Just looking for the silver lining!!

I also dug out my air fryer and it's great for making delectable fish and flank steak. Should be receiving a shipment of organic chicken breasts today, so I'll give those a go next. Nice to have something to make the meat without oil and yet juicy. I'd forgotten all about this gadget in the basement, but it sure is coming in handy.

I love it best for cooking meats of all kinds because it cooks from the outside in--caramelizing and crisping the outside but leaving the inside nice and juicy and in the case of steaks, medium rare, just how I like them. They're also great for homemade "fries" made with all kinds of root veggies when they are on the menu. Sweet potato fries are my favorite P4 and beyond food, so I'll be getting back to those one day. They turn out crispier on the outside and fluffier on the inside in the air fryer as opposed to the oven.

But having said all that, the air fryer is an unnecessary gadget. It was a novelty when I first got it a few years back, but then I put it away for years. Only thought of it and brought it out right now because it's an easy way to cook without oils.

Ideally, there is no loss in P3/P4. I have tried that and those 10 pounds keep coming back. So this time I will most likely use HCG to get to 150 so I can stabilize there properly. There is no stabilization when losing weight otherwise.

And yes, I am looking forward to that second round too because I am committed to stabilizing and then getting to my 150 goal!

Apparently, I do the same! It helps to know this so I can trust the process!

Yay! Onward and upward, lessons learned! So you didn't do a steak day the morning you woke up with the gain? When it's inflammation, yeah, it will also come down all on its own. But it is still good to know what food could have caused it perhaps?

Scale moved to 179.2. Broke the 180 barrier and super happy. What did I learn? It's all a guessing game and just keep going LOL

This is really good to know. I had thought I could just keep losing on my own in P3, but I'm starting to really understand the importance of truly stabilizing the weight in P3. So happy I decided to keep going with injections and P2 rather than stop short. I'm realizing what's possible and now realize if I end up wanting to lower my weight after this round ends, I'll do another round in 2021. Time will tell. But I'm grateful to have come to fully understand what stabilization is all about.

Today was day 2 of P2. I was down two pounds this morning. I am finding when I am working that it is hard to drink alot of water so that is something I need to work on. Looking forward to seeing the scale tomorrow.
