This stuff is AMAZING and I ate it all through P3 as a sweet treat. Never gained and it’s magic? Lol.

That is why I am making such a fuss of being prepared for P3 to this time LOCK IN my LIW/LDW... this part is really the key to HCG
We are always tempted to lose more... but that is where we are going wrong....
And besides.... we would like to have you back with us in January... be it for another round or for maintanance

Yum. I ate maple almond butter through p4. Was also a favourite during my pregnancies but then wasn’t allowed any sugar so had to stop eating it around 14 weeks. Love almond butter. Someone once referred to it as almond crack and it’s so true!

I have read that Peanut butter is not always good for everyone on P#... but we have a sugar free Peanut butter here smooth and crunchy

Weight is down to 149.2 this morning--first time below 150 in YEARS. I'm thrilled!! And so motivated to keep going and ultimately find maintenance, because the last time I was below 150 it was for like a minute and a half. . . . .
That RX almond butter would be a total food without brakes for me. RX Bars certainly are, and nut butters in general are for me unless I'm using them as an ingredient in a sauce or something. It's the sweetness of them with the dates that does it for this prediabetic sweet tooth. But the nutrition overall is good, so if they work for you, AWESOME!

Thank you!! so excited to start losing weight again. I bought my last round from NU Image medical and they stated laws were passed and they had to stop compounding HCG. I did find another source.

Did a 3 day load as I didn't pan well for Monday morning. Anyway I could barely eat on my load days so I only gained .2 lbs. When not on HCG, I eat Wheatbelly which is high fat/low carb so the loading days are what I usually eat! I did add a few treats in. Anyway I was down 2 lbs this morning so I am really happy with that!
