This stuff is AMAZING and I ate it all through P3 as a sweet treat. Never gained and it’s magic? Lol.

That is why I am making such a fuss of being prepared for P3 to this time LOCK IN my LIW/LDW... this part is really the key to HCG
We are always tempted to lose more... but that is where we are going wrong....

And besides.... we would like to have you back with us in January... be it for another round or for maintanance

Yum. I ate maple almond butter through p4. Was also a favourite during my pregnancies but then wasn’t allowed any sugar so had to stop eating it around 14 weeks. Love almond butter. Someone once referred to it as almond crack and it’s so true!

Weight is down to 149.2 this morning--first time below 150 in YEARS. I'm thrilled!! And so motivated to keep going and ultimately find maintenance, because the last time I was below 150 it was for like a minute and a half. . . . .

That RX almond butter would be a total food without brakes for me. RX Bars certainly are, and nut butters in general are for me unless I'm using them as an ingredient in a sauce or something. It's the sweetness of them with the dates that does it for this prediabetic sweet tooth. But the nutrition overall is good, so if they work for you, AWESOME!

Welcome and good luck...having done this before it will mean you have leant from past mistakes OR
You are going to fall into the same traps.... lets hope if is the first
Be careful not to set targets thats unrealistic
You 30 day round will be 2 days loading and 3 days after last injection
That will leave you with an avg of .8lbs a day??

I was hoping For 34 lbs on my 40 day round then I read that Dr Simmeons suggests that on a 40 day Round the max weight liss should be no morr Than 34lbs....
Maybe fo a 30 day round... stabilize and start Round 2 with the rest of us in January...

Thank you!!! I will be ok with whatever my weight loss is. I am typically a slower loser but still dream big!! lol!

I got my HCG prescribed through my doctor in the U.S., so I don't think your information is accurate. I also think there are links through this website for places to order it online in the US. Good luck!
Thank you!! so excited to start losing weight again. I bought my last round from NU Image medical and they stated laws were passed and they had to stop compounding HCG. I did find another source.

And then.... well goal is 160 but at 5'7" 150 is good too so who knows. 160 looks fine on me so it has been hard to be motivated to get to 150.
Thank you!! Yes that is my plan to finish this round in Mid November and start again in Jan. My bday is Jan 5 so that will be my loading day.

Did a 3 day load as I didn't pan well for Monday morning. Anyway I could barely eat on my load days so I only gained .2 lbs. When not on HCG, I eat Wheatbelly which is high fat/low carb so the loading days are what I usually eat! I did add a few treats in. Anyway I was down 2 lbs this morning so I am really happy with that!
