    That RX almond butter would be a total food without brakes for me. RX Bars certainly are, and nut butters in general are for me unless I'm using them as an ingredient in a sauce or something. It's the sweetness of them with the dates that does it for this prediabetic sweet tooth. But the nutrition overall is good, so if they work for you, AWESOME!

    I don't like sweetened nut butters at all but LOVE plain almond butter! YUM.

    Still downward trend here: 178.6! I am going to enjoy this all day in case a stall is coming and prepping myself for it haha

    I eat paleo generally, but not specifically low carb. I loaded with fried plantains which were a huge treat for me (as well as plenty of fatty pulled pork and avocado plus big ol' American-style breakfasts with eggs, bacon, potatoes, the works), and I gained 5 pounds! Dropped it all in the first day of P2, though. I've read that it all evens out whether you gain or not in loading. Though I have to say I'm glad I did the starches as well as fats. I was so stuffed it felt like a relief to start P2!

    Yes, the starches are what makes me gain too!

    What other source did you locate? I like nuimage. I got the calcium pyruvate and feel that it works well too.

    I did something weird (tacos from work or rice from the day before) but I was up 1.8 Lovely Losers 2020 - OBTAINING in October!! steak day for me. Going to dial it back for a few dayís to get back to 151ish and stabilize.

    This is the critical stage where weight creep can just ring the doorbell. Do not want!!!

    I really usually watch for that second day when introducing some new food. Been surprised one too many times!

    Unexpected drop and I am now at 177.6! Still waiting for things to stall since my losses have been big the last few days but nice to be here!

    I added a quart of water in the evening. Who knows that may help! I am under calories too but I have given up focusing on it much. I eat more veggies, and bigger fruits, and itís all I can do.

    I'm down to 148.8 this morning. Still a loss, but slowing. That's perfectly fine.

    Finally made it to the grocery store and am so excited to have new foods to prepare, I've been cooking this morning. It's a cold, rainy day here, so braised greens and celery soup are on the menu. I've been eating so much cabbage and salad greens, it'll be a treat to have something different. Amazing how a few weeks of the protocol can really give a person perspective, no?
