Lol... something like that.... i usually go till I run Out... but because of spillage i had to mix a new batch.... I like the idea of starting P3 on a Saturday.... but i may squeeze in just one mire shot to have a clear lbs gap under 80kgs... hopefully never to go over 80kgs during P3 and P4
Maybe I should clarify...i am going away the first weekend after P3 starts and with my scale not being movable I will nit have a scale so my thought was to possibly stay at the allowable 2lbs below LIW just to allow me the gap over the weekend... but I need to check my portable scale... i think I trued a new battery a while back and could not resurrect it... If that is the case I may just have to invest in a new oneHow are you defining your stabilization weight? You mentioned wanting to be on lower end . . . does that mean 2 pounds below LIW?

August is not exactly winter any more .... we do not really have 4 seasons.... So most years august is coming out if winter..... love our weather... but i an a Christmas junkie....and love all things Christmas including the traditional Christmas fare....
Our Summers can be uncomfortably hit over the holidays... might have to list my temperatures for you ladies over December... and remember the next trip our way You better do a stop over....in fact we are going through a hot patch at the moment with no real rains... very late thus year

Is it not weird.... i experienced the same with my two meals yesterday... i made a kind of chicken and cabbage soup yesterday and although i ate all the bits... i could not finish it all... and the same at dinner time... my problem is that I cannot eat big meals... i hate that uncomfortable feeling and this is why I hope to stick to my P2 routine of smaller meals and snacks to stabilize... and hopefully that will evoke hunger... because i dont really get hungry I forget to eat....sounds weird I know.... but when i get busy i would go an entire day without eating... and may wake up the next day with a tummy pain... and that is usually my queue that i am actually hungry... as i said .. really a social eater...all my life Whenever I have to drop a few lbs, i would have to refrain from any form of appetite suppressants....

I'm not getting uncomfortably full, but I am enjoying how satisfied I am with so little food during P2. Yesterday I only ate once and was perfectly fine. It's a revelation to me. Honestly. For the first time in my life food and hunger are not a struggle.
Weight down slightly this morning and I'll take it! 148.4. Trusting that my body is doing its thing and reconfiguring its composition and contours regardless of what the scale says. Trusting that's the way it's going to be for a while as long as I'm taking care of my end of things, following protocol, being smart about P3 and P4, etc.
House closing was uneventful and painting is underway. Continuing to pack and figure out how/when to pack up the kitchen so I'm not stranded without my meals. May just do a last cook up in the apartment so I have food through Saturday in tupperware containers and then just pack everything but the coffee, lol.
Take whatever it gives!
Think of a few meals you can cook and just keep cool....
For me it is summer now so I just grab a tomato or some cucumber
As I said to MrsStrong This morning....
I make mini meatballs in the air fryer...
Chicken or beef strips
100 gr Cottage cheese with cucumber slices
Do some frittatas with egg eggwhite and veggies - they will keep
Grill some shrimp...
We get a Passata sauce here which is just crushed tomatoes... so I look at the Calories of a 100gm tomato and just serve accordingly and you can spice if up any way you like and can be hot or cold and use as a dipping sauce
You can even make a few servings of Soup
All of these will work well during packing and being disrupted....

P2 D24. Was up yesterday and now down to where I was on Saturday.
I’ve been craving this matcha ice cream I had in china. It was so refreshing. So I mixed some ceremonial matcha into 1/3C no fat Greek yogurt. It’s so creamy and delicious!!!! I might have to make some matcha with lemon this afternoon. Yum!

It’s not on original protocol. Out of the protein list I can only have chicken. Eggs and fat free cottage cheese were listed on the original protocol as protein alternative. Someone suggested Greek yogurt and I tried and liked. I don’t stall so It works for me.
I also have bison once in a while. But mainly chicken and alternative protein.
