Doing well here! I can't believe it is almost election day in the US. It means I am getting closer and closer to P3I must say, as much as I am fine and not hungry, I was making baking and had to use huge restraint!!! Smelled so good!
Dropped to 174.6! I will be happy with anything at the end after this, and will do a second round to get closer to 150 and super thrilled!
Hope everyone had a great long October.

Popping on to say I’m holding steady or within range. My LDW was 153.8 on 9/17 and I was 154.4 today and had pumpkin cheesecake and potatoes in the last three days. I loose it better when I was in the 151 range but I am maintaining and that is so important.
If I wanted to drop about 5-10 more lbs how would you suggest that. I only have 9 vials of frozen hcg so that would be a rapid cycle and probably frowned upon.

That could seriously affect your great stabilization. 9 injections is only enough to get started, but the loss you have will not be maintained, and it could just confuse your body and backfire on you with gains that could expand beyond your current LDW range, and be hard to maintain again.
Be happy where you are, and that you can pretty much eat what you want, still look good, and stay there. That's the original intent of hcg, and should be all of our ultimate goals in this journey.

Starbucks....
Girl... listen to an old bag who has been around the block a few times... don't follow in my footsteps
In my 20s... i weighed between 54 to 55 kgs (multiply that by 2.2 to get the lbs equivalent) my bones were showing and I still thought I was fat.... we allow our minds to rule our truths
I used to eat out and socialize a lot and i found often in the middle of a meal that my mind would tell me that if I took ONE more bite I would get sick....and I did... because my mind told me I was feeling Ill because my stomach was feeling too heavy.... i made myself sick more tine I could count in a day
Luckily at the time I was a student nurse and recognized the signs of bulimia...
You can fix the bulimia... but your minds body image remains
It is only once I was diagnosed with breast cancer the first time that I learned the value of learning to live yourself...it us a journey ....over the next few weeks i will share...
But for now... love yourself... like yourself...and be kind to yourself...
Dont be your own worst enemy

Girl, I was anorexic/bulimic in high school and it never goes away. I have to be careful. It turned into alcoholism so once I got sober I had to focus on something. Thank you for pointing this out because you’re right. I need to find a therapist and meditate and be happy. I freak out that I was 154.6 today and was 150.2 on 9/10. I need to tackle those thoughts. I am stabilizing and that’s incredible.

Starbucks and Yvonne, thank you for sharing some of the painful parts of your histories. It's real, and no doubt we all have our demons when it comes to food and weight otherwise we wouldn't be here. Personally I find it helpful and supportive to better understand the layers to this for all of us--as it emerges in bits and pieces. And it confirms my sense that it's almost impossible to be a woman and not experience some level of disordered eating. It's about so much more than food. FWIW Robin Woodall's Weight Loss Apocalypse book about HCG's potential to heal some of these issues was a game changer for me. Highly recommend reading it if you're interested.
