Happy to report my weight this morning is 159.4. Yay!! Broke out of the 160s. Still hoping to get to 155 in my last week of P2. . . .
R 1.2 (love starting over...) P2vlcd5
Didn’t lose anything today but it’s not surprising. Yesterday my husband wanted cream cheese icing on his carrot cupcake. I made up a small batch of icing. Have a quick taste and glad I did because I used gf flour and not icing sugar. Mixed up the containers. Lol. So had to fudge it and try to fix the mistake. Little tastes till it was correct.
So far my cravings aren’t bad. The first time I did this diet I had horrible cravings. The weather is getting cooler. I’m really enjoying my teashelps me get my water consumption for the day.
My little guy refuses to eat fresh fruit or veggies. He’s going through a phase but man oh man alive it’s frustrating. His infant development nurse has suggested we keep an eye on it as there may be side effects from his throat surgery he had at a couple months old. But he will grab a piece of chicken or steak and will chew away and eat. He’ll also eat dried fruit. Really hoping it’s just a phase. Good thing is he’s 15 times his birth weight nowhe’s 30 pounds and 36”. Amazing watching him grow. Gush

Vlcd P2 Day 5 for me!
In the process of adjusting my drops and I think I will find my sweet spot today. I hope anyway! Weight is the same here this morning. Could be because I had an extra 1/2 T of milk by accident (forgot I had marinated my chicken in milk, lemon, and spices), or because I walked for over an hour *and* worked out. Despite having been hungry and trying to find that sweet spot, my energy is great. I even feel cold every now and then which is a sign for me the hcg is working, at least at those times.
DivineMissM: Yay for breaking through! I can't wait to break through the 180s! Hopefully by the end of next week for me!
Maggie, how old is your little one? Sounds like he had a rough start.
He’s 2 now. I have incompetent cervix so I don’t keep babies in very long. Our daughter was born at 20 weeks and she didn’t live very long. Our son was coming out at 21 weeks but I had surgery and they got him back in and gave me a cerclage. I was on hospital bedrest for 6 weeks. My cervical length was 5mm and I was completely effaced. But with luck we lasted exactly 6 weeks. He had a rough start but is now thriving. I’m very proud of him
