What I then do is freeze the portions and at meal time I will add my ground beek of chicken or even shrimp and have a nice soup ready made

something I do is to mush up my fruit like strawberries and I have a couple of recipes but the basics are that you chop your fruit, add water, a little lemon juice and sweetener... boil for a bit, mush and put them into a popsicle holder and freeze.... make for a yummy treat, and depending on how big the popsicle is is how many of those is a fruit....I love it as a treat and on a hot day have sometimes have 3 of those as ONE FRUIT..... and maybe bubs will enjoy that.... for him you can even use a bit of cream and real sugar or honey

Down 200gms... another 4.4lbs...
Was so hopeful for a bigger drop.... after seeing a healthy pink on my keto strip
That make my drop for this week with three days left a measily 600gm (1.32lbs)
6.1 total (13.45lbs) with my daily average slowly dropping and now sitting at .75lbs aveg per day

He isn’t a big fan of anything cold. He eats all fruits and veggies when mashed. I want him to eat them whole. He loves nuts and seeds. Tonight he did eat parsnips and squash. They had Brie cheese with them... maybe cheese on everything.

I say hearty congratulations are in order!!
Though I, too, am finding it hard not to be disappointed with what feel like measly losses for the tremendous effort and sacrifice of this program. My pre-load weight on Sept. 21 was 165.8, and today my weight again is 159.4. 6.4 pounds in 19 days doesn't seem so terrific given the cost and teeny number of calories I'm eating. In the spring I did an ayurvedic cleanse and lost 10 pounds in a week, and the program cost far less than this one and was far more enjoyable.
Anyway, call me grumpy. I have 9 more days to go, 7, injections, and I'm starting to be more deliberate about IF and delayed meal timing. I figure that will be the way forward as I increase my calories, anyway. BTW, it terrifies me to think that I've lost so little while diminishing my calories so terrifically and now I am meant to triple them?!? Ugh. Many folks find success here and are repeat customers, so there must be something to it.
I'm not giving up, and I am grateful to be moving in the right direction. I just hope I haven't done myself metabolic damage that will ultimately make permanent weight loss more difficult.
Thank you... you must also take into account your age and how long it took to gain this weight... we are almost in the same place in this round.... I have ALWAYS on any diet struggled to break the ridge of 70Kgs (154lbs) are you only doing 30 days?.... with the slow but steady losses, have you considered to rather do 40 days?.....Its a nice time to stop and allow yourself a full 3 weeks for P3 and a nice maintenance before the new year....
Trust the process!
