    Just a quick update as we, once again, prepare to be without power for a few days. They are going to shut off our power tomorrow afternoon, and our generator has not been replaced yet. I have about half of my food prep done so far, so I know I will get it done.

    I have entered Phase 4, and am not really doing much differently. I will be adding lentils later in the week, and once it cools down a bit, will make some split pea soup. I did find a great sounding recipe for red lentil bread that is really simple and is made on the stovetop. I will probably make it if I don't gain from the lentil soup.

    I will check back in once we have power and internet again. Probably Wednesday...

    Hey everyone! I havenít had a chance to read posts still i am hoping everyone is doing well.

    Iím in my second round of p2. Took a PI about a week ago and back at it. I have noticed that Iím hungry quite a bit and so i skipped today and still hungry after 4 pm. I did have great energy and no hunger this morning but after I ate lunch and an apple at 2 and 4 pm Iím starving again.
    I will up my dose tomorrow to 11 drops 3x per day rather than the 10/3 i was doing. Iíll wait 3 days to see if my hunger levels go down.
    I believe thatís the best course. Feedback is welcome.

    Right now Iím at about 185 and goal is 170. Iím hoping I can get there in the next 3 weeks and definitely before Halloween so I can be in P3 by then.

    Iíve had a few slip ups including yesterday and Friday still Iím back on the wagon today. Did an inflammation smoothie with just celery, lime and cilantro. Hoping that helps get me back down to 183 or close to it (where I was before the the cheats).

    I am determined to get as close to goal as possible and stay OP.

    Youíve got this girl!!! Proud of you.

    I was 152.6 today so Iím just holding steady. Feeling awesome and need to introduce some nuts soon. I leave for Texas on Thursday so the road trip back should be okay if I stick to the basics.

    Okay this is weird. My hunger is okay now. I was starving at 4:30. Itís 5:30 PM. I skipped drops today.

    I had lunch at 2 PM and an apple at 4 PM.
    Hunger kicked in at about 3:30 so I had an apple at 4 PM. Here it is 5:30 and Iím okay.
    Iím wondering now if i should lower my dose tomorrow. What would you do?

    T1ghtwad, looks like we'll be starting another P2 around the same time :-)

    Emily and Powered, you guys are doing great! P3 is so important as others have said, I learned that the hard way last time. I'll have been out of P2 six weeks at the end of this week so will be starting another round then. Getting all my 'wants' in this week, like pasta.

    Started last round at 183 after losing 5 lbs the month before. Been stabilized at 169 for last 6 weeks. Looking for another 15 lbs this coming round.

    My mom asked me how much longer I was going to diet and I said, When I can fit in all my clothes again. I gained 30 lbs in 2 years due to a medical issue plus my thyroid taking a dump at the same time. Never bought bigger clothes, just lived in yoga pants.

    Quick check in. Iím at 152.2 so holding steady and happy about that. I am eating almond butter as a treat and love these. I had two last night and was down .4 so I seem to be okay with nuts.

    You can do this!!! Itís amazing once you kick they last 15-20. All of my Pilates instructors are saying ďyou look amazingĒ and that feels so good Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!. Iím strong.
