P3D1 Ran out of hcg several days early, but I am not too upset about it. Loving my P3! I have been dealing with a very inflammed foot since the I woke up on my last injection day, so I am not counting that weight (big increase in fluid!).

    SW 260
    LIW 232
Total loss of 28 pounds in about 40 days. Today I am at 233.6, and still have some inflammation happening. Will continue wih R.I.C.E. and hope it recovers soon. I don’t know what happened; just woke up to a painful lump with extensive swelling below and around the outer ankle. Muscle relaxers and Tylenol, plus epsom soaks for now, and lots of ice. So glad I am not working yet! No way I could chase a toddler!

My plan is just to enjoy my P3 with careful food additions every few days. Next round starts in October. I already have everything I need for another long round of injections (4 rounds, actually).

Good morning all. Glad everyone has been doing well. This week was a bit rough last week 173.5, 173.1, 173.1, 172.4, 172.2, 173.1, 172.4, 173.5. So frustrating. Yesterday I was like eff it. I had some egg whites, spinach salsa and a sprinkling of cheese, like 4-5 Melba rounds, 3 sugar free peppermint patties and probably like 4 lbs (unshelled) crab and like 3/4 of a carton of cherry tomatoes. Today I was down to 170.6. I really don't get this diet sometimes. Every time I overeat shellfish I lost a good chunk of weight. I really hope I drop into the 160s soon. Have 22 more injections and it's so easy to let your thoughts spin like oh that could be like 10 lbs but in reality I think I'd be lucky to get another 5 lbs down.

P3D2 232.6 Happy to say I am down a pound today. Closer to LIW. Foot is a little better and I am walking without walker, although still limping. After I eat I will do another epsom soak. Slept 12 jours last night thanks to my extra 1/2 of a muscle relaxer (still within rx range). Hoping that if some minor bone(s) in my foot slipped out if place, that they may slip back in and then the connective tissue will heal quickly too. I have a lot of work planned with the family this long weekend and would hate to be completely sidelined... But, I will definitely listen to my body! Having a Connective Tissues Disorder really makes it hard to plan! OK, enough of the pity party, before I allow it to mess with my diet too! Onward and ... not downward (P3)

EDIt: I did my measurements for the end of P2 and wanted to post a few of my results: I lost 5 inches off my waist and 3.5 off my hips. I do wish it was reversed, because my hips/ďbelly flapĒ keep me in a bigger size. However, I trust this process, and know I will continue to reshape in P3 and in future rounds.

Lmfao!! I feel the same way. I went to bed late. Woke up and was at 158.8. Turned on a conference call and fell back to sleep and had crazy dreams and sweat a ton. I took a poop and weighed again and was down to 157.4. So o think our bodies just whoosh when they are ready.

The ankle issue sounds so painful!! I am glad you found some relief. Five inches is amazing!!! I didnít do my measurements but can tell with my clothing. One thing I tend to keep is my boobs I guess they arenít visceral fat and Iím okay with that. The lady at Nordstrom put me in a 34 DDD. I agree with you gals. However it is the long-term results that matter. It may not be the overeating shellfish, or anything immediately preceding the whoosh, that caused it... it may have happened just because it was going to happen.

Emily, youíre having a good round as far as losses go, but donít let discouragement make you give in to temptations, and to lose sight of the big picture... the ability to stabilize and maintain long-term. Losing the weight is the easiest part, but not sticking to the plan now can really make P3 and P4 difficult. Being in a lower decade can seem like such a big deal to all of us, but it is just a number that is a few digits smaller that the number you arenít happy with. Please donít give it too much power over your decisions and mood! You are strong and beautiful, no matter what your scale says at the end of your round (or during the round, for that matter)!

I love this advice. I will be two weeks into P3 when I head to Dallas to get my boyfriend and drive back up to Portland. I wonít be able to weigh but by then will have most of my sensitivities nailed down and will just be careful. I would love to end below 155 to have some wiggle room as itís so darn easy to gain a few lbs. I can usually maintain if I donít allow myself to go back to carbs and sugar. I have done that way of life before and it wasnít so bad. I actually felt better. Thanks for putting it all into perspective Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!

I know what you mean. I lost an inch in my bust the first 3 weeks, and NOTHING the last three. I don’t know my size. I just kept adding extensions to my bras as I gained weight. I am wearing 44DD with extensions, but I know they are the wrong size because they are “slip and slide torture devices”. I will get properly fitted once I stabilize, but for now, I will just keep removing extensions. Saggy is a great word to describe my whole body, but better stretchy skin that is empty than stretchy skin that is bulging with lumpy fat! I am working towards empty... still at 2/3 of a tank.

I typed this whole shabang out and it said some nonsense about an expired token.

Pretty much I'm not super worried about stabilizing, I have been between 160-170 for the last 6 years, it was in the last 3-6 months that I jumped up to 188. To me losing the weight is the hard part. I see this diet as more of a reset to the lifestyle I'm used to living, like oh yeah this is a portion size. You have the will power not to buy and eat a cake. I love weight lifting (muscle makes up a good amount of my weight but definitely not all of it) but I start to resent it when I'm doing it for weight loss not strength. Andddd, perhaps most importantly, I am on the right dose of antidepressants and am in a less stressful environment which has a lot to do with my well being.

Hope everyone is doing well, I am at work saving lives! Just kidding I'm doing covid testing haha.

I woke up to 156.8. I am down almost 29 lbs this round. I forgot to inject yesterday but that is good as I am doing a longer round. Iím really tired these days and sleep has been necessary. Could be Iím not getting enough sleep during the week but I slept though Pilates today which was at 11. If I can shake off a feel more lbs I would love to stabilize at 155.

My aunt told me I looked emaciated in my photo and I told her I was 157 and she said that was overweight Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!! I love my momís sister but lol! She is obsessed with weight and when I was fat she told me I would look great if I dropped 20 lbs. I just laugh. I took this photo after a spin session and think I look healthy.

So whatever. I have about a week or so left and Iíll try to get to 153 or so so that 155 can be a good set point for me. Keep on losing, ladies and gents.
