Thread: Lovely Losers 2020 - STEP IN to September!!

  1. #25
    Hey all,

Seems like there's only about 4 ppl active on this thread but I have a question.

Anyone go back to another P2 round after only 3 weeks of P3? I do Intermountain pellets. I've been within the up/down limit on my LDW for the last 2 weeks, currently .6 below. I did 40 days last round, would like to do a short 23 day round. I'm 20 lbs from goal weight but would be happy with a solid 10 lb loss on a short round.

    Thanks for any thoughts.

    You do look healthy powered!

Miss- I think Natalie had a short p3. I think there's a whole thread somewhere about cycling.

I guess my thoughts on the matter would be with hcg becoming outlawed and harder to get/more expensive do you want that to your last shot at it? If I were you doing a short round I'd definitely structure it around my menstrual cycle cause damn this week has sucked scale wise.

As for me, Aunt Flow finally arrived after days of cramps. I took my weekly measurements this morning and those dropped so that's good.

I donít always follow the rules and know Natalie has done that. Since youíre on hhcg you donít run the risk of immunity. I think leez would be a good one to weigh in on this.
Emily, time of month is the Pitts!!! Thatís why I donít get mine lol. I would need to get my uterus yanked because I bleed like Iím dying.
AFM, I am the same today. 156.8. My strength is still strong so I did a tough spin workout and I did use another 2 tbsp of HWC. I froze 14 syringes because I wasnít going to use them all and hate wasting money. If things totally go sideways I could always do a quick round and pray, lol. I am happy with this round and should have 30 lbs gone by the time I roll into P3.

    Emily & powered -

Yes, I found out today it's called cycling. Posted on Leez's thread and she's not super pro the idea because it can be hard to stabilize. I think I'll wait a while as I had trouble stabilizing last time (stopped being diligent) and anyway am super enjoying P3's cheese, avocados and oils.

You get impatient to get to goal but prob better to do it more slowly.

She has sound advice. I got two comments at the store that I was super skinny. I think people were just used to me fat for a few years. Itís crazy because Iím almost 157 lbs. One gal called me the ďincredible shrinking womanĒíthat is so true is this diet. Itís maintaining it that is the trick. I hope to stabilize since I did a long round. I donít want to mess this up.

My 14 year old asked for skillet bacon Mac and cheese so I am currently making that. No temptations so thatís good. I always wonder if the naltrexone i take helps me with food cravings. Itís in the new ďwayt-lessĒ formula that nuimage is using now. Things to ponder.

I was at 158.4 today so up .2 gonna dial back the HWC as itís not protocol and itís cheating. Iím on day 36 after my PI and hope to shake off another few lbs before cruising into P3. I dream of guacamole and blue cheese dressing.

    Hey powered,

If you want some smoothness in your P2 coffee try canned evaporated milk (Carnation, Pet) . 1 TBSP does wonders, and does not affect losses. Let me know you try it.

169.8 today! Will probably be back in the 170s tomorrow but hey, this is ok. 19 more injections, hopefully after Wednesday my hormones will even out and I can stop being stalled out.

Probably two months ago the gym I was at gave me a shirt, I got a XL because it was a female cut and looked small. I was setting up some cameras in my house before I went out if town and was wearing it and had one of those ugh wtf no moments seeing myself on the display. Anyways, the shirt is big on me today! Yay!

Thereís upside and downsides. Me personally itís tough coming back off the diet because you will not lose the weight like you do on the
diet and you are definitely going to want those results. Iíve done many rounds and have had the least amount of success with patience. I think thatís the challenge most have... dealing with the break.

Break it up and think of it as a necessity and less of a ďgotta do it because of weight lossĒ and more of a ďgotta do it in order to keep the weight off.Ē

Just spent some time catching up on the forum before they shut off our power again. We may be a small group, but we are all doing well! Charlie, you look AMAZING! I love seeing the joy and life in your eyes now! You do NOT look "too thin", you look healthy!

Emily, I am SO wanting to jump back into P2 after only 3 weeks on P3, but I am doing this diet to actually heal my metabolism FOR LIFE. The weight is just a very nice blessing that comes from the process. I am grateful for it; impatient for it; but willing to wait for it. I am the one who procrastinated getting started; I can wait until it is the right time for my body, instead of just doing it when I think it is the best time for my impatient, instant gratification mind. It is my "instant gratification" needy brain that gets me into trouble with some of my favorite unhealthy food, so it won't hurt me to make it wait this time!

I am P3D4 I think. About 2.6 pounds above LIW, but with my foot still very swollen (can't even wear a shoe today), I am not going to do a correction day based on that little amount. I know it is just inflammation.
I am Roni (Ronnie) I am finally giving REAL RX HCG INJECTIONS "A SHOT"

Patience is so Important which is a great reminder because seeing the scale drop day after day gives us a huge rush!!! Iíve been stalled out for three days but think my body is catching up I did have a delicious filet mignon for dinner and grilled up a storm!!
